Likes

Basically my college is a girls college. And as usual you will find different types of being but yes there are more good natured girls.
All professor are understanding. They listen, understand, and help. Most best thing is they try to get every student pass the exams on there own.
I will love the environment of this college, as our college is filled with greenery . People can also listen to birds chirping too . Our college looks more beautiful in rainy season.

Dislikes

Our college have to auditoriums, but the bigger one is not being used and repaired.
Our college's backside is connected with an apartment from anyone can come to our college.
There is no healthy food options in the college cantine.

Course Curriculum Overview

It provides practical exposure through lab work and research projects. Equips students for higher studies and roles in counseling, HR, and research. Timely exams happen, but focused on application-based. Critical-thinking questions would be beneficial.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees I paid for first year was around 15000/-and for second it decrease by 1000/-. I don't have any idea about what we will have to pay in next coming years. But surely it will be around 15000/- only. Other than this I pay examination fees every semester, it vary from subject to subject.

Campus Life

There arey many events held in our college. Meraki is one of the best fest of our college that held in the month of October. Other than this we have many beneficial sessions for life by many famous personalities. Festivals are also being celebrated. Tere are many societies like dance, singing, counciling etc. as well, where student can show there talent and enhance. Sports interested students can also join sports. Those who like reading books can visit library where every book is easily available.

Admission

I applied for many colleges but in first list of du counciling get vivekanand college. One have to clear cuet exam to get admission in any college of delhi university. This college is a girls college and have best faculty of psychology among du colleges, this this encouraged me to take admission in this college

Faculty

Our department have enough faculty. All of then are calm and kind. Any student can approach them easily and then are understanding. All the faculty member are good. They want no student should lag behind. There are 3 dse courses and 4 other subjects i.e. aec, ge, vac, sec. All these subjects are compulsory. Although exams are easy still some students get back in some exams. They are promoted to next year, rarely any student fail. Course curriculum is little hectic.

Night Life

Nobody stays in college at night time. So there is point of playing games at night. Although there is good place like park in our college where in day time student play games. Students who belongs to other states stays in PG. Garden area is best place to hangout.

Truth About Hidden IPCW (DU)

Placement Experience:

Since i am 2nd year myself, hearing from seniors, seeing placement cell activities and reading reports, placement at ipcw are decent but far from perfect. The placement drive is not as huge or reliable as some commerce Acc. to the nirf report, for ug courses out of 1204 eligible students 118 got placed, which is roughly 9-10, for pg course, out of 100 eligible students only 6 got placed. Median package for UG was 6.20 lakhs per annum, and for pg is 6.7 lakhs per annum. In earlier years (2022-23) , median UG package was higher. The highest package went to 23 lakhs per annum which was quite impressive. It was from DE Show and co., Wipro, Capgeminie etc. there are regular recruiters like DE. Shaw abd co.,Wipro, Capegemini, Godrej properties, Sirion Labs etc. What i feel personaly as an eco hons. student unless i build extra i cant really expect placement. Masters and competetive exams are next option
