Glimpses of MIT

Curriculum is same as that followed by SPPU. But according to today's need it's quite outdated. But that is the case in most of the colleges. Also semester pattern is followed so every 2.5 months you give midterms and endterms.

For internships, Goldman Sachs came, phonepe came, cognizant, pinnacle, fractal with a stipend ranging from 5000 to 50000 rupees. The roles offered in internships were software related. Most of the companies coming in campus are IT companies.

For campus placements you are eligible from 7th semester and internships too. There are a lot of companies visiting. Few of them are GOLDMAN SACHS, PHONEPE, COGNIZANT, PINNACLE, MASTERCARD etc. 80% students get placed from my course.

The yearwise fees of the course is 355000/-. All the charges are covered in the fees. However my fees is less because I got a scholarship. Scholarships are provided base on the scores in JEE and MHCET.

Campus is so beautiful and if u make a girlfriend, the weather in rainy season feels so romantic and you can enjoy with her. Many clubs are there in the college related to tech and other activities. Names are AWS, GDSC, etc. Aarohan is the main fest conducted by the college and is the biggest fest in pune.

I got offer letters from DYPIU, VIT PUNE, PCCOE with the same course. Got admission in few NITs in lower branches. But I chose this college as its giving good placements comparatively and has collaborations outside India.

Faculties are awesome. Many faculties are PhD and few are from IITs which makes the learning experience very good. Also teachers are friendly and very approachable. Makrand sir from FY physics is good, also mathematics department got gems of the subject.

Nightlife is not that good as everything gets closed in pune after 10:30pm. However you can enjoy poha on nal stop. In campus Cafeterias are there and campus is open till 8pm . There are also a lot of gardens and hangout places.
