Likes

Since it was a girls college I could interact with a lot of them easily.
The surrounding area of the college was very peaceful and better than other parts of delhi.

Dislikes

There was no placement and job security. Also the infrastructure was not that much developed.
There was a shortage of books in library and was not fully air conditioned.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because i wanted to study computer science and get a degree in it. The course policy in my branch is not much effective and does not makes you market ready. Rather you have to focus on your skills and other sources to study. For teaching they should focus on practical things also.

Class Size: 130Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise tution fees is 40000 rupees. No scholarship is provided by the institute. Fee amount is same for all students. Total other charges includes examination fee which is around 1200 and differ course wise.

Campus Life

The infrastructure was not that much developed. Fest occurs once i in a year but not every year in the month of february There was a shortage of books every time I visit library. It was really dissapointing. There was not that much sports and extra curricular activities on the campus but yes there were some clubs which were no that much active.

Admission

I chose this college because i wanted a degree in computer science and also wanted to study in Delhi University. At that time I got it through 12th boards results but now you can get admission through entrance exam known as CUET.

Faculty

Teachers were highly qualified and energetic throughout the course but they mostly focussed on theory part rather than practicals. Exams take place at the end of the semester and small internal exams also take place throughout the semester. Exams are not much difficult.

Night Life

The college does not provide any night life ad you are not provided any hostel facilities by the college. But still you can roam around with your girls st night without any restrictions. There are a lot of places to visit in Delhi at night.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is suitable for students. The SEC ( skill enhancement) and VAC ( value addition) courses are helpful for students for their future. Which prepares well students for the real world applications. Areas of improvment are the teaching methods of professors, they should keep a polite behavior so they students can easily ask their doubts. Timings of exams are sometimes not suitable in winters it's freezing cold to go to exams in morning in December and jan months

In my college zoology honours is really good that is why I chose this course. Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many practicals i did performed in our labs which provides me experience. Almost all the apparatus are available to the students during practicals which makes it efficient to perform hard practicals easily. Exams difficulty is somtimes above average. Insufficient time during exams because the answers asked can only be explained in deep which takes longer time along with dig. Requirements.

Life at college a balance between study and enjoyment

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really wanted to learn more about the chemistry about our body and how we as individual work the course in itself is very much relevant and i always wanted to be a doctor but since i couldn't clear neet i went with the next best option The course teaches us about all sort of day to day aspect the most relevant include eg carbohydrates metabolism and how we digests sugars and enzymes yow they work etc areas of improvement may include that we should be more practical oriented then theory oriented we should learn more about the practical aspect the exams are moderately difficult with a 2hr theoretical exam and a 5hr practical both set at moderate difficulty

Helpful review of daulat ram college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Sc. mathematics honours curriculum as good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. The syllabus is concept oriented and well strong theoretical foundations which is helpful for higher studies and competitive exams. The topics across semester is structured and this course is quite demanding and can feel intensive specially in the initial semester while the curriculum is academically, strong, incorporating more application based components could make it more better or balanced because it lacks there, and it's not more practically oriented.

SPMCW is Special!!

I applied at colleges such as LSR and Gargi purely because they were also girls colleges and are above ranked than my college.
