Playground is the best thing in my university.

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall the Electronics branch in which i am studing is very good in terms of jobs and internship. Some of the subjects that are being taught are irrelevant in current senario but overall its a very good course.

Internships Opportunities

Jamia Millia Islamia provides very grate and new opportunities for internships and jobs. You'll get the real world experience working in the big companys such as Wipro, IBM, etc. These companies provides stipend for the interns which are working in them and the students get the experience of working in an organisation.

Placement Experience

Placement rate of my college Jamia Millia Islamia is very good compared to any other college or university. From 5th semester companys come for the placement and if the students are under the eligibility criteria then the can sit in the placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

First year:- ?9730 Second year:- ?7590 Third year:- ?7590 The registration fees is ?1000. And the form fees is ?1000. Any caution fees is ?1000. And ?700 is charged for the playground which is included in the yearly fees.

Campus Life

Campus life in Jamia is very good and students get very new experiences. We have clubs and socials groups in our college in different category, and students can take part in these groups and clubs. Every year the university conduct fests and functions in which every body can take part and get new opportunities.

Admission

Jamia Millia Islamia is the best university for pursuing Diploma in Engineering in whole Delhi. There is no any other college or university in comparison to Jamia. That is the main reason i chose to purse my degree in this college.

Faculty

Faculty members are very good and helpful. There are 2 semesters in a year and every semester have 2 sessional exams. There are five theory and four practical in a semester. And all subjects have there exams. The exams are not that tought if you study well.

Night Life

Night life around my collge is good. Cafes and restaurants are open till 11pm at night and some cafes are also open for the whole night. Hostels are open all night but for the outsider it is allowed only till 5pm to visit in the hostel.

My course is diploma in automobile. I will rate him 5 out 5 because it all about vehicle (car ,bus ,bike ,truck ) and motors aur our future of our country.Exam held Held on after 6 month .Means 1 semester is for 6month then after the semester exam held.

Placement Experience:

Plac at DSEU CSE is fair to good. Pup can try for plac from sem 6. Some try in sem 5 for intern. Firm that came: TCS, Wipro, HCL, LT, Capg, Infosys. Few new firm too, like Zoho, Byju, Jaro, Chegg. Core code role and test eng role were key. Data role too. Deal count was fair. Some got more than one deal. In my set near 65% got deal till now. More deal come in last phase.

Jamia Millia Islamia - A Place Where You Completely Changes!

Placement Experience:

The placement of my specific course that is diploma in electrical engineering is excellent and every one got placed whoever applied in our class my branch . Placements start from last year 5th sem . Many companies hire diploma in electrical students. Some companies Voltas Dubai branch also came and took 3 students with a package of 12 lakh per annum indian rupees and many more companies which offered from 15 thousand to 30 thousand. Percentage of students was very good like whoever applied hot the jobs . Average package -25 thousand highest -1 lakh. But talking about me I did not want job I wanted to do Bachelors.

starting in the the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement assistance. companies like Maruti Suzuki, NTPC, Tcs, Wipro The Highest package in my batch was a 6LPA package offer by Exicom company. and the average package is just around the 3-3.5 LPA. Mostly for technical and maintenance roles. Mostly job profiles are Junior Engineer, Technician, Support Engineer.

Jamia internships are very helpful

Yes I also apply in nit Uttrakhand and i got admission there but i choose jamia milla islamia because of there location and there better ranking in world. I didn't get rejection from nit Uttrakhand jamia is my choice. For admission first you have to qualify jee mains exam after that you have to fill online application form of jamia millia islamia then 7 or 8 days later a list is published by the university if your rank is good enough for jamia you will get admission there....Read More

First of all. Jamia millia is not an college. Its an central university. And i choose it because of their faculty and infrastructure and also for that jamia has 4th top university among all indian university in NIRF rankings. But i also applied for maulana azad college delhi (MAMC) because of its top ranking medical college. But jamia is now good. Admission process:- Eligibility:- you have to crack NEET exam conducted by NTA. After result you have to participate in counseling and in choice filling process you have to apply for this college at mcc portal. Then if you allot jamia millia islamia university delhi then you have to come jamia campus for Admission process. Totally offline process. Also jamia have options for B.Tech; polytechnic, BSc , BA, MA, architect courses but i know in detail only about my medical field.
