Why I choose nit Rourkela

I didn't got any other course other then btech in chemical engineering so I took it .It is a decent branch don't have very much high hip but it's okay.Exam like internal ,mid semester and end semester are taken and accordingly your cgpa is calculated .

Internship program are available for students such is summer internship and winter internship in science and development , digital marketing, software design etc As an intern, you will be involved in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR databases. Different internship have different role.

After final year that is fourth one becomes eligable for campus placement. Google , microsoft ,Amazon ,Wipro ,Gail,Indian oil etc are the main company visiting nit rkl.The heighest package 83.5 lpa and avarage is about 13.4 About 90% of study get placement and other opt for higher studies and startup or govt jobs. I will like to take a good placement in an it company and enjoying working as a software developer.

The total fees for a general student for btech is 62500(tuition fees ) and 49500 (hostel fees) per semester.Honestly saying it is worth it as other colleges takes much more amount of money for the same.If you are an ST/SC/family income less than one lakh then tuition fees waiver is applicable for you.

Fests such as innovation is the main fest in nit Rourkela .it's a technical fest and is focus and innovation and technology.The Biju Patnaik central Library is the main Library of nit Rourkela we can get thousands of book .There are more than 30 clubs for cultural and art , technical, social services and many more

Water and electricity are almost available every time but there is certainly some cut in electricity for few minutes.Room comprises of 2 bed ,1 table and chair of 2 individual.The mess meau is good for the non vegetarian but don't warry veg mess is also available for vegetarian.

I was getting nit Trichy production engineer,nit Warangal chemical ,nit suratkal metallurgy and materials science engineering but I choose nit Rourkela chemical because of its location and placement .I would have choose nit Trichy chemical engineering but my rank was not so good . To get admission to nit Rourkela you have to appear jee mains for btech and btech + mtech dua degree course.Your rank should be around 20000 . The admission process is simple you have to provide all documents given in the official of nit and submit it at the time of admission .

The faculty to students ratio is 1:20 acci to the latest report provided by the official website of nit Rourkela.The relation of students to faculty is very much co-operate . They always try to make us comfortable with their subject Problem regarding the subject and and other problems such as personal and many more can also be solved with the help of faci and faculty advisor.My favourite teacher is Dr Jatin Anand sir ,our mechanics faculty .He teacher in a very interesting way and makes us understand very well.The exam held in my college are internal exam ,mid semester and the end semester .These exam can be easy for the person who follows the faculty and notes all the classroom work .

Every hostel has its own gym students can join gym according to the slot given to them .There are restraunts in the campus so if you are bored with mess food then you can go . Every necessary things are available in the campus.you can travel the campus itself of 1200 acers it's also a challenging.Hill top is the most frequent hanging out spot
