My rank was about 63000 in jee mains and i think with my rank this was the best option. My results werent as good as i was expecting but i scouted out this college already ,I went through Josaa and CSAB to get the admission for odisha students i think there is special gateway too. The cutoffs are increasing everi year as the demand exceeds shows the development of the college and more people are coming from far away states each year in cluding kerala , tamilnadu, punjab, Madhya Pradesh. This was the best collage that I was getting based on my JEE rank . I was also getting lower NITs like NIT shrinage , goa etc . But my father denied and he thought that a better branch will give a better palacement at the end of the 4 years .I also got into BITs pilani Electrical Engineering , but I have to put down that idea because of the high fee at the BITs . so this was the last option .
