So you can find the and you need to pass 12th.The application form on their website and it's very simple even the exam if you have prepared for JEE it's a piece of cake. Once I got my rank we were called to university to see what seat you could get for your rank.They call you to a auditorium where people are called out openly and asked to select and you can see how many seats are available real time.
