Course Curriculum Overview

2

The course and the curriculum is extremely bad and it is very outdated according to what the professional sector and the IT sector seek, they don't know what they are teaching. The teacher sometimes themselves get very confused and it's not at all fun to study your because first of all you will never understand their language since they don't understand how to speak English

Placement Experience

3

The placements are still fine but the Annual package that they are offering is very less because the average package is five lakhs per annum and the companies that come in are not that great and the good companies usually only take one student and the others are left with mediocre and start-ups

Fees and Financial Aid

Christ is a good college if you are looking for not a very expensive course, but I personally think I didnt get to have a very pleasant college life and it has unnecessary and irrelevant rules. The course structure is also not up-to-date and their placements is not that good. There is a huge hype for Christ University but I personally didn't feel the glamour here.

Campus Life

1

The campus life is very bad. There is no life here. It's actually like coming to a jail every day in fact for a student it's very hard to wake up in the morning and come to college because there is no looking forward. the faculty is extremely rude and they would never make you feel warm and comfortable Specially if you're from another part of India

Admission

I personally believe that Christ University is the top college for BCA in India that's why I went for this college even though I got selected in symbioses and NMIMS as well. But the only thing that occurred to me after entering Christ was regret because personally I feel that my other friends who went to other colleges are happier in every sense and Christ is not a good college overall.

Faculty

1

The faculty is always discriminating and very rude only some teachers are nice but the biggest problem with the faculty is that they can't even speak English and they don't know what they are teaching. There is very less faculty specially in the computer science department and even though BCA is top in India at Christ University, I didn't feel like I was stunning anything new.

Night Life

3

The nightlife around my college is okay it's not bad but Bangalore being a slow paced city for retirement people. It doesn't have a extreme focus on the nightlife but overall there is a lot to do in Bangalore only if you have a lot of money because Bangalore can be very expensive.

Jobs in campus placements are constrained, with only the final semester being eleigible. Few firms visit, with moderate packages. Companies like cognizant, deloitte, infosys, tcs and others do visit our college for hiring. i will be pursuing my higher educarion rather than getting a job with moderate salary

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards. The college invites companies from IT services, startups, and core technology domains. Some of the companies that usually visit include mid-level software firms and service-based companies, offering roles such as software developer, data analyst, and testing engineer. The highest package offered recently was around 10 LPA and the average package is about 6LPA. Nearly 60–70% of students get placed every year. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a job in the IT or AI field and later pursue higher studies.

Students will be eligible for internships from the fourth sem of their course. There are many big companies who have visited the campus and made really good offers but if you want a good package the level of difficulty to get into this will also be high. The average package for BCA is 3,00,000 per annum. As per University information their placement rate is 91 percent. After getting the degree I'll be looking for a good company to work for and gain my knowledge.
