The faculty of every department was good and responsible
The college structure was amazing and comfortable

The college canteen was really messed up
It was quite strict to the all the students

Course Curriculum Overview

I was influenced by none for this course and because I'm a commerce student all I wanted to have is degree in commerce field only. It also helps me learning accounts and management properly. Some teachers should change their method of teaching to boost up students confidence. Timing was exam was good enough.

Class Size: 750Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement was quite decent and students get eligible for placement from last year of their course. Lot of companies visited my college to hire students from here I don't remember the number of companies. Highest average package offered by the companies was around 500000. 70% of the students got placement through college. My plan after graduation is persuing MBA and that is the only reason I attempted cat exam this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

My whole 3 years fees was around 50000. It includes other charges as well. I am from sc category and I applied for scholarship which was accepted in last year of my course. They will refund 10000rs through this scholarship.

Campus Life

All the fests of this college were amazing and their respective name were khwaish and talent hunt. Library was good enough for college going students and the place where Library was located in good ad peaceful. Classrooms of traditional courses were less productive as compared to the professional course classrooms. Sports department was doing good and the has already earned so many medals in sports as well as other compititions. There were no student run social groups or club.

Admission

I didn't choose this college actually I was in some other college and it was good well named college but I missed the deadline for the course I wanted to get into and it made me take admission in this college.

Faculty

Faculty student ratio was neutral. And the faculty was good in behaviour to all the students. One bcom HOD was there and she was really nice to students. And one of the faculty of bmm department was disliked by all the students. There used to be 2 semester in every year and 2 internal exams in every year. Overall it was nice course

Night Life

My groups favourite hangout spot was canteen because the tables and chairs of canteen were so comfortable. They also has a gym khana where the students can play indoor games like carrom Tanis etc. Our college didn't have hostel of its own. My overall all college life was good because of all the hangouts on the college were did. The locality was safe around my college and it was good enough to roam around at night.

The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and always willing to help with academic or research projects.

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Excellent college for diplomawith supportive faculty

Likes

teachers are helpful and you can ask them your doubts without any problem. most of them are quite supportive
there are technical events, sports and cultural programs during the year, so college is not only about studies
i liked the practical sessions and labs because we actually got to work on things instead of only learning the thoery

Dislikes

Placements opportunities could be better and i feel the college can bring more companies for students
Sometimes the academics workload can fell a bit much, espically when assignments, practicals and exams come around together
Using mobile in the collge is strictly not allowed and if used our mobile is taken and given after 6 to 7 days .

Placement Experience:

Placements at VES Polyetchnic are decent for a diploma college. students generally become eligible for placements in the final year.Pacages depend on the company and branch, with some offer going above 4 LPA. the placement cell also helps with interviews and internships. after diploma, many students also choose to continue with higher studies

PES College of Engineering: Overview of the college

Likes

The campus of the college is vast with a natural environment
Many facilities like library, sophisticated labs, and classrooms are provided by the college
The Teachers cover each and every point of the syllabus and guide the students.

Dislikes

The syllabus is a little bit outdated, that is some points in the syllabus may seems boring and not applicable in the real world.
The Teachers should use the right techniques for teaching which makes the students more engaging in the class.
The menu of the canteen must contain some health option in a budget friendly way.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

College campus, it is big, not much conjusted, good nature friendly
Freedom upto some level, no uniforms, no ID compulsion unless it is an exam
Events,every now and then there are events in college, cultural club is also too good here👍

Dislikes

Faculty is not much well qualified or well trained I would say
Hectic curriculum, boring schedules and quite unlivable
Labs and classrooms are too old, infrastructure is very old

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

I like my college building,classes,labs.
Canteen is good.it provides good quality food.
Library is best. Very nice management and staff

Dislikes

Canteen is good but they must increase their staff.
Class should be sound proof.noice from outside disturbs.
Stationary staff should be increased and price should be decreased.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.

"The Best college"

Faculty of College Is good. All Faculty of College is Well worsed.
Library of the College is Very Good. Having plenty of books. Each Volumes and edition are available to the library.
The Moot Court hall is well equipped. Having all the facilities and modern techniques as well.

Dislikes

The Infrastructure of boys Hostel Should be improved
There is no canteen in college. College can try to open canteen
Parking for Bikes should be improve. College having ample of space for car parking

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Wealthy and good campus

Likes

I like the cleanness of the collage and premise
Very good interaction with other peaceful campus
Another thing i like is the infrastructure good campus amenities and learning facilities

Dislikes

The lab management no sitting arrangement many of the water taps not working ect
The office faculty most of them are rude in behaviour
The parking arrangements not well yet and not allowing any of four wheeler inside the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love pharmacy and i love to see me as an pharmacist i like this profession because i like to see the other pharmacists how they work how they wear the lab coat ect thats why i choose this and as soon i get to know that we can also start a business by having a pharmacy license

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.

Nice Learning Journey at GVAIET

l applied to other colleges like VJTI and Sardar Patel but got admission only at GVAIET. I chose GVAIET because of good faculty, updated syllabus, and better placements. I missed other colleges due to lower entrance ranks. Admission here is through CAP counselling based on MHT-CET. Eligibility is HSC and Diploma.
