Likes

Toghterness of the college you won't feel alone people will be always around us and really good environment experience
Campus is normal but have various extracurricular activities and different functions and sports and a good interaction
Good faculty with maximum 10 to 15 yrs of experience in teaching and give importance to every student

Dislikes

Limited seat for some subject eg microbiology for 3rd yr has 30 seats only

Very good curriculum it's made in overall inclusion of getting internal and external knowledge with practical based implications.give a core knowledge how things work in real life and more . Give project exposure as well.

Course fees increases yaerly by 500 or 600 There are different scholarships available Reservation and different schemes are available on the basis of caste Good college for improving communication skills and good environment

There are different festival ,interdepartmental fest and many more like umang, samanvay,utsav arohan and different fest all around the year or every one there are different fest of different dept everyday expect the exam days

Admission

This college was rated as 2 nd number for microbiology course and I had admission for lifescience but I loved the subject microbiology and continued with it.no exam are required but you need to have a good grade in 12th or 10th if u want to take admission in 11th fy.

Faculty

The exam structure is simple it will have an internal exam and even and odd sem for every year and 6 sem for the overall course.talking about faculty overall good experience with teachers very understanding and helping nature of faculty

Night Life

We have a campus and the environment around the college is soo good and peace ful to enjoy there are different places to hangout near the college like food stall and a famous hotel named as DP's established in 1960

Well worth the journey!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Parricularly the modules which focused on animal science & botany, the curriculum was built to learn from basics to the advance level towards research area of biology which impressed me alot. The focus on animal biology, statistics, cell biology & genetics, ecology & wildlife conservation, Immunology & biotechnology leads a foundation to successfully enter the real-world and apply this knowledge for better cause of humans as well as animals. As the therotical teaching method can differ from on-hand experience on field there is a need to improve the course curriculum around this issue. The learning period was designed perfectly in-course of the prepaption time between each test and it wasn't difficult if we are well prepared.

In univeral college from sem 6 students become eligible for campus placements, Name of the companies offered in placement is TATA TCS, Infotech , and etc. Highest package from our college is 10 LPA and average is 3.2 lacs per annum. 20% percent of students successfully get placed in the companies from our placement team. After getting degree i will prefer to study more with MCA two years of course and side by side business & developing webs and applications as this is my passion and motive. i will prefer business Now i am interested in python programming language and JAVA after this React JS, Node JS and PL / SQL + MONGO DB for backend programming which has no user interactions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

Inside scoop on ruia

Out of fright I applied to many colleges like KC , ruia , ruparel , wilson , Elphinstone etc but atlast decided to choose ruia as the microbiology department of ruia is outstanding and the no. of opportunities one can get when in ruia is very vast and the growth which happens in a place like ruia where there is a team/group/society for evey persons liking and ability . I didn't got any rejections as my score was 67 and every other college's science cut off was very low so there were many choices for me to make so as per the credibility of evey college i compared the department and curriculum and RUIA turned out to be the best . IN RUIA ONE CAN DEFINITELY BALANCE STUDIES , WORK AND EQUAL AMOUNT OF FUN DURING FESTS.
