The infrastructure is really great! Every department has its own building and its own library!
Their is also a building named square 1 which is basically the canteen that contains all the best food outlets like Domino's Pizza,lapinoz pizza,subway,Barista,etc

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is really good, it is what is required for the industry. The curriculum gets updated every semester as per the requirements. The focus is more on the practical understanding rather than the theoretical knowledge.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Various internship opportunities are provided in the college, the companies that come for the placements provide first internship to the students stipend vary from 20000-100000+ depending on the company that is coming on the campus.

Placement Experience

Campus placements are good in the college! If the student has the skills required for the job the person will 100% get placed. Various companies come for placements in the college example being Google,Microsoft, service now, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees of the college is around 7 lakhs for 4 years of btech in Cse for me! It has to paid in equal installments of 85000 per semester! Now the fees might have increased this one was for me in 2022. Also 20000 extra has to be paid of for the first semester for the LMS (Learning Management system)

Campus Life

Their are various clubs in the college be it technical or non technical. Sports clubs are also present. All kind of sports are played in the college be it cricket, football, basketball, badminton, etc. Their are 3 big grounds for the practice of students.

Admission

Their is not as such admission structure for this college. I joined this college because it was near to my house and all the other colleges that are near my house are not that good as compared to chitkara University.

Faculty

The course structure of the college is really good! The course syllabus gets updated as per the industry requirements. Also the teachers are the trainers that have worked in the industry so they have the experience and they know what is required for good placements.

Night Life

I am not a hosteller but I have heard from my friends who are from hostel that the nighlife is very good in the college. Till 10 pm students are allowed to move in the campus outside the hostels the cafeteria is open till 12 am midnight and provides delivery to the hostel room if required.

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Life at Panjab University

Placement Experience:

In our college students need to have 6CGPA to still in campus placements and our college have a Club that overseas all the placement oppertunityies and the placement starts from 7th semester onwards when students starts there seventy semester the company's starts visiting campus for placement and internship opportunity as well

Saga of my life

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Nmims Chandigarh for btech review

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
