- Sometimes Ravenshaw University website doesn't work properly so it take longer time to pay the exam form fees
- All students can't get a hostel seat but most of the student get it only few are left
Course Curriculum Overview
The master degree course in Ravenshaw University is well good. Because Ravenshaw is known for its glory and best research institute. There are so many PhD scholars are pass-out from Ravenshaw and most of them are now profesor in different colleges. If you aiming for csir net then it is easier in Ravenshaw it's true .
Placement Experience
Placement also offered by the department of chemistry by alumni. You have to score minimum 55% to be placed and must be good in Spoken English. There are so many IT companies with average salary 3.9 LPA are comes but my view if you are a chemistry graduate then you can go for chemical industries.
Fees and Financial Aid
In Ravenshaw the tution fees and admission fee is very less as compared to other. It may cost only 4500 around total tution fees. If you get a hostel then you paid around 10k per year. There is a lot of scholarship offered by govt of Odisha and also national scholarship is benifit by students here
Campus Life
In December to February month of every year there are various hostel annual function observed in grand basis which is enjoyable. There is a big library called Kanika library and well equipped classroom are there and AC class room is also present.In Ravenshaw social life is good and I created a lot memories here and this is my best memories until
Hostel Facilities
There are 7 boys hostel and 6 girls hostel. But only 2hostel are there for pg students. The fooding quality is good. In every room there are 2 or 4 student are rented.hostel infrastructure is good and you can enjoy a lot in Ravenshaw hostel
Admission
The addmission in Ravenshaw University is purely merit basis. You must be give CPET exam and score 65+ above mark to take admission in Ravenshaw if you are a general category. My score was 67 in 2023 CPET exam and first I was selected in Sambhalpur university but it was too far from my home then in 3rd selection I got Ravenshaw University and Ravenshaw University is better I think from sambhalpur. The beauty of Ravenshaw is sure attractive for everyone.
Faculty
The strength of the department of msc in chemistry is 40 and there are 8 profesor and 5guest faculty are there..all are well experienced and methods of teaching is very good. In every year there is semester occurred. In my view SRM sir is my favourite.
Night Life
In night the gate number 4 is open. For girls it is strictly banned but boys can go out at night. There is a gym for both boys and girls and a open gym also present. The playground is too big and Odisha cricket team is also come for practice there matches here.
