Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good but need to shift it more on relevant topics form early years of college to gain more experience on it . And it's curriculum is 50 % theory and 50 % partical based in regular.

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

As of record it poses 8 - 9 lpa for Computer science stream and other core branches has 4- 5 lpa average. More than 700 + companies visited for recruitment of offering 5000+ job offers this year. Highest package was 56 lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

So basically it's course fees is 16 lakhs but if you opt for hostel too then you add more 4 lakhs ( for 3 beded no ac only )to the base price so it will be finally 20 lakhs . And if you secure under 1000 rank on kiitee exam there are some discount you will get .

Campus Life

It has 20 + active clubs which are runned by students Giving the students opportunities for exel in various fields of their interest and their passion to follow it and as it excellent sports facilities available also.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel comes with option with 3 beded non AC ( 1 lakhs per year ) , 3 beded AC ( 1.5 lakhs ) and 2 bed AC ( 2 lakhs ). The mess have both veg and non veg options available The quality of meals are decent but the quantity they serve will sometimes make you exusted.

Admission

As it belongs Home State which was the first point to choose it from others besides this it's campus with good facilities for students in various fields which helps to explore more fildes and it has the best sports facilities.

Faculty

Good experienced faculty members of the university form various IIT, IIM, NIT and others renowned institutions allover the world. And exams are held in every half and month gaps.with medium level of papers.

Night Life

It's has 4 to 5 gym for every year of students respectively and hostel are also good with clean surroundings and good hygiene maintenance but the laundry service is bit dissatisfaction and the famous hangout place is mba garden.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . The exams are not so frequent and the papers can be rated as moderate

KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
