Remarks

1. National Law University is considered as one of the best college in the world. 2. The alumni network is very strong. 3. Infrastructure is really good. 4. Provides proper knowledge to the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is quite similar in all law colleges (BALLB course). You will be studying arts subjects in the first to years along with two law subjects. From third year onwards you'll be having only law subjects. It may sound a bit difficult but actually it's not ,though one may find it hard to keep up in the beginning but you will get used to it. It's really interesting to study law specially in a national Law University as you will get lots of opportunities to enhance not only your academic skills but your talent also. You will have moot court competitions, trial advocacy, client counseling and many more and that's not it you'll get to know about a lots of things and will get opportunity to enhance your other skills also as you get to participate in cultural events, literary events held at a national level. It's a while different experience to be in a law school.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements in a national Law University is quite easy all the Nlus have a brand name in the market and nlu students are consider to be more skilled than students from others college, I am not insulting other colleges but it's a truth that it's easy for a nlu student to get a job or placement as compared to non nlu student. Nlus do provide internships, every nlu has a "internship and placement committee" which helps the students to get the best placements or internships. I myself interned at an NGO for about 1 month but that was without stipend. About stipend, you will hardly get any paid internship ship in your first year as you don't have any thing that interesting in your CV but it's also true that after 2-3 internships you'll be having enough experience and will be eligible for paid internships.

College Events

4.5

There are lots of event celebrated in a National Law University 1. You will have your freshers party. You will have a grand freshers party to celebrate your welcome in the college. 2. Then you will have festival celebrated in such as Durga Puja, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali festival etc. 3. In the end of the semester annual fest is celebrated which considered to be the best of all and is celebrated at a grand level

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of a National Law University is similar to any other institution. It's not expensive as you have to pay the same amount anyway regardless of the course and college. In the fees structure you have to pay 84000per semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

College do not provide any scholarships on its own but it does cooperate with the students if they are provide scholarships or if they want to get any scholarship that is offered to them either by state or by any private institution.

Campus Life

4

National Law University have a proper infrastructure that enables students to perform certain activities and helps them to keep themselves fit and energetic. The college provides gym for fitness of the students. Proper library and labs are there so that students do not face any kind of difficulty in their studies.

Alumni/Alumna

Every nlu has a strong aluminum network and the senior students are very helpful they are always ready to help you not only with your academics but other than that too. The alumni network is really helpful.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of National Law University is one of the best faculty you can think of, you'll be taught each subject by one of the most experienced person as Nlu's never compromise with their standards of teaching. You will have guest lectures on a monthly or weekly basis by one of the best in their fields to provide you proper knowledge and to help you understand about your interests as well. It's believed that National Law Universities have the best faculty among all the law colleges in our country.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is quite interesting and I personally feel very grateful to have pursued it. It is one of the courses that shapes me as a fine citizen of india. Moreover the course structure is very practical in nature as it includes training sessions like drafting, researching, moot courts and others. The teaching style is student friendly and teachers teach as per student's comfort. The exam level is moderate..if one is attentive in class they will score well.

No bad remarks but the attendance is 75 percent is compulsory in way important manner you cannot even sit in a paper exam I'd your attendance is not up to the mark in thasubject. So really don't know if its good or bad really . but all in all everything else is well played out so watch out for that attendance matter and you can enjoy the college life.

The only bad remark that I feel apt to share is that the college administration isn't very helpful or cooperative. You don't get any reimbursement for participating in moots and the college attendance policy is harsh. Besides the administration isn't active usually.
