Nmamit college review

Course is not based on industrial need. In first year, we had to study all branch & had to tolerate bee & mechanical branch professors. In 2nd year, they included subjects like DS, java, unix, python, daa, sep etc. Math was common from 1st year. In 3rd year, we had iot, cn, ml etc. In 4th year we had cd, cloud along with 3 electives. But, it's all based on academics, not skill. &, Faculties are not ablr to teach it.

Placements are not good. They promise to give 100% placement before admission but, I doubt if they complete 20% also. Now, recession is going & they are sending students to japan. It's a biggest scam. Don't fall in this trap. Once you go there, u won't be able to come as its bonded. &, placement management is the worst.

I came through comedk. I had to pay 22000 per year. It includes tuition fees, examination fees, university fees, labs & other accessories. For ppl who belong to SC, ST & having financial problem- they will be provided a scholarship but, they should be from Karnataka itself. Most of my batch mates are from KCET. They had to pay 50k semester wise.

My experience is very bad. As I was a north indian, I have always been felt lost. I don't know- even teachers bullied me. Even in clubs, I felt bit different. That's why I left all these clubs. Overall, my experience was very bad.

Very bad. If you belong to a good city, it is very difficult for you to get settle down a poor village like nitte. Bad food facility for north indian, bad cleaning facility, worse accommodation and the worst management of the hostel.

Actually, I cleared jee mains.I got confidence. I was preparing for jee advanced. That's why, I left some opportunities like vit, srm, wbjee etc. But, my jee advanced didn't go well and as I belong to general category, in this jee rank - it wasn't possible for me to get cse /it branch. Comedk was the last option for me & according to my rank - some senior suggested me to add this college in my choice filling. That's why - I opted it.

Most of the faculties are not properly skilled & not helpful for north indians. I don't know- how do they choose tbose people who don't know how to teach the subject & still became the faculty. Seriously!! If you are a north indian, some faculty might fail you.
