VNR Honest review

As our college is JNTU affiliated, mostly alligns with JNTU syllabus. Each subject is having some credits. When you pass the exam you get all of them. My batch belong to R22 regulation. According to this 30 marks for mids 60 marks for semister. Remaining 10 for assignments and ELAs.

Companies like JPmorgan came in my 2nd yr for internship. They selected around 70 members with a stipend of 75k per month of 2 internships. And then DBS and Tata are currently coming. Overall I think for an Eamcet college that a big thing, compared with other colleges.

Now currently I'm in 3rd yr 1st semester. Mostly as our seniors said, placements will be started from 3rd yr 2nd semester and continued upto 4th yr ending. Highest package would be around 40-50lpa. Average package would be 6-8lpa.

Through category A and B we will be paying a fee structure of 1,35,000 as college fee and 10,800 as miscellaneous fee with a total of 1,45,000 yearly. The people who are eligible for scholarships are getting them like 50k yearly. Also Fee reimbursement people also getting their fee. There is campus hostel facility with a fee of 60,000 per semester, a total of 1,20,000 per year.

Overall experience was good in the college. We will be having one technical fest Convergence and one cultural fest Scintillashunz. These are less popular compared to other colleges. But for us it will be good. There are many cultural clubs we can join that we are interested. I had a great time till now.

Our college hostel is very well maintained and so clean. Menu is good contains 2 types of breakfasts, lunch, snacks and dinner. Non veg twice a week. We have a bus facility from hostel to college morning and evening after the college. During admission we need to register for hostel too.

I have choosen this college at my first preference. Because we have seen the opportunities in this college. They provide special care for main courses and skills that we need for interviews. I have secured Eamcet rank of 3565. As I have BC category reservation, I got selected for CSE in this college. For general category it was around 2.5k.

There are around 500 faculty for every other departments of our college. For mid exams all the faculty who are teaching the same subject are given each question paper. HOD will be choosing one out of them. For semister exam question paper will be from JNTU ig. Some of our faculty are chill. Mostly chill not that much strict as I am from CSE. Exams are easy to pass , but if you want more gpa need to work.
