- The syllabus is up to date and there is more focused on practical knowledge rather than just reading the textbook
- The canteen as some good food and is affordable too.

- The campus is very small compared to other engineering colleges
- There is only one club to join in first year so there is pretty much no extra - curricular activities for first year students
- The college is from 9am to 4pm, which is a lot for engineering college
Course Curriculum Overview
The main reason i choose this college is beacuse the curriculum is focused more on practical knowlegde and real-world applications rather than just studying the theory. The SEE exam is a bit tough but the CIE exam is easy. The flaws are that there is some subjects which are irrelevant to the the course like chemistry in AIML course
Internships Opportunities
Students are eligible for internships from 3rd year. Many companies come for internships from AIML course in NCHE like IBM, Verzeo , Motioncut, etc for the roles like Data analyst , Data scientist , AIML engineer , Software developer etc
Placement Experience
The placements in our college are pretty good. Students are eligible for placements from 3rd year onwards but they are allowed to apply for internship outside the college.Many companies visit our college such as DELL, Cognizant , Wipro etc. We have a japan excellence centre through which students get placed in many japanese compaines. The average package is 7.5lakhs per year and the highest package last year was abover 30 lakhs. But for my couse its a bit higher than average at around 10lakhs per year
Fees and Financial Aid
I joined the college through kcet, so my kcet fee was rupees 104750. The college took 50000 rupees extra for the additional fees such as admission fee, development fee,lab fees. My friends who joined through management quota paid 5lakhs.I dont have and scholarships
Campus Life
There are many clubs which students can join, but not in first year. In first year there is only one club called STEM club.This the part where the college doesnt meet the expectations. The clubs are not very active and people dont give them more time. The is library is very good and has many books.
Admission
I got into this college to KCET exam and by rank was 11224. At this rank i could have got some other colleges like NMIT , CMRIT or BSMIT but the main reason i joined this college is because it is near to my house. It only takes 45 mins to travel to this college compared to 2hr for BSMIT and NMIT. I wanted AIML course and after research i got to know that i wouldnt get AIML course in NMIT and BMS for my rank so it was no brainer to join this college and i dont regret it. I did write MET(Manipal Entrance Test) and got a rank of 4574. I went to the Manipal campus in bangalore to enquire about fees and placements. They told us the fee was 7lakhs per year which very high as i only play 1.5lakh in NHCE and in the manipal college (Bangalore) no batch as got placed as of this year since the college started in 2021 so the placements where not sure . Thats why i picked NHCE of Manipal
Faculty
The faculties are amazing especially maths and python faculties . They explains topics properly and slowly so that we can better understand. The faculties are easily approachable. There are two types of exams in a semester i.e, SEE (Semester End Exam) and CIE (Class Interal Exam). In every sem there are 2 CIE and 1 SEE. Total marks are calculated by taking average of both these exams
