Remarks

I didn't notice any negatives yet in my college All are positive and a positive feel is in here every where We can really feel that every time at every where our college have our own sollar power plant

Course Curriculum Overview

We have 6 modules in 6 subject so after every module there Will be a module test out of 20 And after every 2 modules there will be series test out of 50 After completion of 6 modules Public exam out of 100

Placement Experience

Yes our college have a placement e Cell That have a good contact on famous companies in our state. They provide summer internship program for b.tech students of our college and other colleges on every year

College Events

BRAHMA This one of the Most Famous National technical cultural fest contected I our college in every year ASHWAMEDA This is one of the popular inter college technical event in our area SARGAM This is one of the Famous cultural event contected by our college in every year

Fee Structure And Facilities

For NRI students they ask for 1lakh per year as tuition fees For management students they ask for 75000 per annum for tution fees For merit students they only ask for the fees suggested by the government.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there is a scholarship availability that I have availed in my college. If we got a rank inside a specific range The college gives a reduction in tuition fees if we have a specific range of sgpa Then we can avail it in every year

Extra caricul activities are good We have NSS,IEDC Boot camp, Sports team in football cricket wolly ball etc They are giving a good name for our college in every inter college meet We have a sports events for our college students

Seniors are very supportive as facualties They are our real guides for our cariculam and extra cariculam They help us for getting internships end industrial visit They all are very supportive for every events in our college

Faculty

Great and supporting and encouraging They are trying their best to make us a good engineer They will conduct some motivational speech during their lecture hours. At any time they are ready to clear our doubts and other queries

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

An Emerging student rising from a million opportunity

I applied to MITS, Fisat, and Rajagiri and Adi Shankara Institute of engineering and technology. These were the top 3 collages in my area in the field of CSE. I only got confirmation from Adi Shankara Institute of engineering and technology. Yes i did get rejection from other collages due to my low keam scores. Admission process is simple with keam having priority. Rest of the seats are reserved for management and NRI. I accepted cse exams and curriculum. The Experience of Teenager to an adult

Inorder to get admission for engineering course you must have atleast 10 marks for keam entrance exam.(if you are a nri student,the cutoff doesn't really matter). The admission process was nice.
