Faculty

5

The Faculty to student ratio is 90:10 and the faculty student relationship is great as teachers treat the students as friends also when any doubt during any point even during night they assist us through online calls Faculty that I liked the most is Sibi who was the registrar of the university.. the thing i like is the was the topics are tought. The best faculties are, Shivakumar, Madavi, sibi, and ronald The Faculty that most of the people in the department didn't like was Nagaveni as she used to give priority to people from north and always for any initiative without any turn to them let it be a class representative or a department head There are totally 2 exams per year which is divided into 1 per semester and exams are moderate as the question paper is prepared by them... The ratio of failed students are 3 per 50 people as it's based on studies The course curriculum was more than what was promised m

Placements depends on batch, as my previous batch students are having alot internships but for my batch it'll start from 4th year. Alot companies like google, zomato, swiggy, visited and multiple offers are made to students. As of current no batch is passed out, so no placement data but internships report are good.

Now the syllabus has changed. New emerging technologies trends and subjects are introduced in new curriculum. Data science, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security are now taught. Practical marks are reduced to 50 marks. Term end examinations are conducted twice in a year. Exams are not that difficult. Usually previous year questions appear in the exams.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education. I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.

For now, we don't have any placement records but according to scaler academy, it will be aroung 24 Lakhs.
