currently CSE is in great demand and have more scope.for first year the faculties are assigned by collage but form second year you have to choose the faculties on your own with seniors recommendation and syllabus are updated

Internships Opportunities

5

As of now, I have not opted for any internship program, but I plan to join a company soon as a Graphic Designer. I am passionate about design and eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. So far, I have given a few interviews with startup brands from KIIT, which has helped me understand the hiring process and improve my skills. These experiences have been valuable in building my confidence and preparing me for future opportunities. I am actively looking for the right opportunity to showcase my creativity and enhance my expertise. With continuous learning and dedication, I aim to secure a position where I can grow as a professional in the field of graphic design.

Placement Experience

4

you should not have backlogs of if you have its better to cover before 7th sem. there are numbers of companies visiting the campus for placement and internships. the average package in 2024 is 8-9 LPA according to my seniors

Fees and Financial Aid

I am first year student in kiit and I pay 2298000 for complete 4 years course In first semester we pay 298000 in which 206000 is tution fee, 60k is hostel fee, 22k, mess fee, and 10k is mattress fee which is one time after that for rest of next seven smesters we pay 288000rs fee for all categories are same KIIT cannot provide many scholarships but the provide scholarship on the basis of KIITEE entrance exam . Student who gots rank under 1k get rupees 10k per month for next 4 years but they have to mentain more than 8 cgpa to continue this scholarship

Campus Life

5

There is a annual fest usually during february. A grand central library and a number of deoaetmental libraries with all the facilities. If you are interested in sports this collage is one of the best to level up your skills to internationallevel. All the sports facilities are availabe of best class with a crickt stadium

Hostel Facilities

5

if you take hostel facilities you are bound to take mess facilities also. the quality of food in mess is below average the hostel registration are done with the admission process only. there is hardly any pg or rented room near by but hostel room are good and maintained

Admission

basically i visited many collages because i secure safe rant in VITEEE exam , SRMJEE, KIITEE etc. the one of main factor is crowd . crowd in CORE branches in KIIT is lesser than other top collages second is good placements 3- very good infrastructure, 4- foreign student exchange program 5- good collage life

Faculty

5

faculty is very good and qualified from IITs and NITs. Curriculam is almost equal to top IITs. evaluation scheme and examination style is very good and effective. teaching is very good will full equipment

University's admission process: * KIITEE Entrance Exam: * The primary factor for admission is typically performance in the KIIT Entrance Examination (KIITEE). This online exam evaluates candidates for various programs. * Therefore, the core factor for students choosing KIIT is their performance in the KIITEE. * Application Process: * The process involves filling out an online application form, uploading required documents, and appearing for the KIITEE. * Depending on the course there may be following steps. * Further Selection: * For some specific programs, particularly those in management or law, there might be additional steps like group discussions and personal interviews. * For example admission to law courses requires KLAT. * Factors influencing student choice: * Students are drawn to KIIT by its diverse programs, modern campus, and reputation. In summary, the KIITEE is a significant factor in the admission process, and depending on the course of study, further selection processes may be implemented.

Other Applied Colleges

Vellore Institute of Technology - [VIT University] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

I also cleared the entrance exam of VIT but clearing exam i visited VIT chennai campus the main issue i did not opt VIT chennai due to high number of students in core branch and much more competition for the placement and secondly strict rules

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . The exams are not so frequent and the papers can be rated as moderate

Also there are companies like Amazon or GOOGLE as well. The approx percentage including off and on campus is more than 90%. My plans are basically to explore my entrepreneurship skills.

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
