A Feedback from IIT D guy for IITD

Actually i got an AIR of 918 but there were no guide available for me who can tell me that which branch i can take even if i am getting mechanical branch there but because no guide was available so i need to take chemical engineering and after opting this course i found that it was very difficult. They provide projects with real world applications which wil call aS MTP projects. Timing of the exams are between 8 am to 5pm and minor exam is of 1 hr and major exam is 2hr exams

There is lots of tech comapnies like faang companies and other tech and non tech companies as well as core comapnies come in our college and the minimum stipend that they provided is 30000 pee month and increase about 3 lakhs per annum if you got select in wuant companies like graviton or quadeye.

Placement of college is really nice. we have a placement cell name OCS IITD where we register ourselves for the internships and placements and from that portal we apply for the job or intern and then the test link came to our college email if and then the placement interview start from dec 1 which we call it as Day1 and it will run till day 15 till that most of the interviee happens but after that interviews get slower and then phase 2 gets start from february

Tution fees -1125000/semester (Gen) for students having family annula income is less than 100000 have to pay 12150 for odd semseter and 12650 for even semester Hostel fees - 45000/semester. there is lots of schlorships provide by the institute like free messing if you have a family income less than 1000000 where they provide 250 rs every months

There are lots of club in our college like music club, dance club and many more also there is lot of sports happene in our college like football, crciket,TT, lawn tennis and many more and our annaul fest is rendezvous IITD Which held in oct between 2 to 10 th oct and it was the india largest cultural fest

Facilities- there is a hostel mess having a good food with proper hygiene but in room they have only provided us fan and bed but no mattress for bed we have to buy it . Meal is good and the menu was designed by the mess secretary's which us a student itself selected by hostel elections and the worker are really good Regustration process - at the time of admission process we have to select for the hostel whthee we want it or not and on the basis of that they random all allocate the hostel but like two or three department were there of same year in that hostel

As you know that IIT Delhi is one of the best college all over india and also as i heard that they have a good placement cell so i thought i could grab this opport and take admisiion in IIT delhi. admission procedure is simple, we just have to fill josaa form for it and then after you got the branch in your respective college you just need to go to the your nearest IIT college for the registration with your certificates

Some Faculty members are really good but some are not that much good like they have pretty much of attitude but the exam system is good like in each semester there were two minor exams of marks 30 each and one major exam of marks 40 and sometime this also get varied according to the assignment and attence policy of 75 %
