Teachers were kind very helpful towards students

The cirriculum doesn't prepare for the real world But it will give you the best bookish knowledge from the cirriculum the areas for improvements are To give practical knowledge to students And have internships program

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester 8300 Per year 16600( for B.com hons) And free for Ews There is free admissions for Economic weaker sections There is other fee like exam fee which is divided below University fee - 900 Centre fee - 300 Practical fee - 340

Campus Life

As compared to other colleges our college doesn't host festivals but yes there were extracurricular activites offered by campus, the facilites and technological aspects were also average not so good not so bad

Admission

I applied for Guwahati commerce college and i didn't get admission because the cut off was too high but i don't regret because the faculty members of pragjyotish college are also good as the GCC it also comes under Guwahati university

Faculty

The faculty to students is enough the faculty members are very friendly and helpful towards students. All faculty are good There are two exam per semester one is sessional exam and the other one is semester exam both are easy

The course is too good as it also not about the course but a lot of opportunities other than the course like politics sports. Also the technology used in teaching is good but it can be made better. Frequency is flexible with two months gap per semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As earlier i told that the faculty member are too friendly with everyone, and it means u can ask any doubt with them without any hesitating. there are almost 10 teacher for 50 student on commerce. actually am from commerce so i know only about commerce. and they took sessional exam every month. oh, one more thing, on every month the college union invite some successful people on the auditorium room to motivate us, its a initiative steps for them.

My opinions on PRAGJYOTISH COLLEGE

I was preparing for competitive exams like JEE and CUET , but they didn't work out and most of the colleges like Cotton , B Borah and all dosent provide BSc in computer science. I didn't got a rejectection , but the seat was completely filled by the time i got there. The process for getting admission is : After class 12 results, you have to apply in a website called Samarth , to apply in all over Assam colleges. You can apply in how many you like . In some colleges you can take addmission through JEE scores , or by CEE And by CUET also . The cutoffs aren't much high for this college, 60-70% will get you addmission in Pragjyotish college.
