NLUO is on a rise

Law was always on my mind and therefore as soon as I finished my graduation, I made sure I had to study law. Law is about not just studying one aspect of law but arbitration, disputes, criminal cases and security laws as well. Our curriculum covers it all and like I am doing LLB, so it was a bit different and difficult at the start but it's over now and I have started loving my course.

As we enter out second last semester, the college gives us a list of the companies that stars coming. We can apply as long as we are not placed. Once placed though, we don't have an option to switch but various PPOs and top law firms are recruiters here. Average salary offered is 12 lakhs with highest going as far as 30 lakhs a year.

Fees for LLB is 257000 per year and it stayed the same both the years so far. So luckily no increase in fees and for every general student it is same. For other category students like PWD, SC/ST or OBC, it is lesser than what general category students have to pay.

We have two important fests every year and they are HUNAR and VIRAJ. The campus is spread in almost 50 acres or land which is full of greenery. Lovely auditoriums, top libraries with enough journals and books. There are 3 canteens at the campus and ofcourse our beloved mess too. From handball to basketball courts and from football to cricket ground, we have them all at our beloved campus.

Hostels are mandatory at NLUs and therefore I had to choose the hostel. In a room of 8/10 there are 2 girls acoxmdoated in each room. No single ton facility as we have to stay in double or triple occupancy room. The message is close to the hostel and for boys and girls the mess is common.

For LAW it's the CLAT score that decides our university. GNLU, NALSAR and NLSUI were my first choice NLUs but my rank was less than 1200 and therefore I had bk choice but to take an NLU which is beyond top 5. I was stuck between RGNLU and NLUO but then I compared the moot culture. Hands down its the NLUO that wins, so I chose NLUO.

Though most faculties here are new but are decent enough as they have nice education background and a wealth of teaching experience too. In terms of rapport, the faculties maintains same with all like not too close, nor too distant.
