The college requires a minimum of 45% in secondary school exams for admission, followed by the national-level CLAT exam. It operates on a semester basis, with exams totaling 100 marks, now adjusted to 60 for finals and 40 for projects and vivas. The faculty is experienced and supportive, although academic demands are high. The LLB course fee is about Rs 1.78 lakhs, with some fee relaxations for eligible students. The National Law University Odisha charges an admission fee of Rs 10,000 and an annual fee of Rs 2,30,000 for general students, not including a refundable Rs 10,000 library and mess deposit each.
