Course Curriculum Overview
We get to know about treating the patients and maling them healthy again which i love to do.we doctors have the ability to save ones life.We get patient exposure from 2nd year which is a good way to improve our skills.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is a 365 day process that should be completed in order to get our tag doctor and can be a registered medical practitioner We have to work heavily and make sure we are giving proper treatment to our patient.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our yearly fees for government is 60,000 and have to pay 10,750 to college.And we had to pay 15,000 as hostel deposit during the beginning of college and have to pay around 4000 every month for hostel fee.And i being in general category have to pay these amount.But the student from other lower category have to pay a very less amount when compared to others i.e,750.Government scholarship are available only for those whose yearlt income is less than 1 lakh.
Campus Life
We get an opportunity to create our own club in 3rd year and there are many like ecoclub, kannada clib,literature club and yeah students from any year can join these and help in this club.a annual fest along with kannada rajyothsava Environmental day and some auspicious day like doctors day will be celebrated in our college
Hostel Facilities
We get electricity supply,water supply,mess food and have to pay 4k every month for this and we had paid 15000 in the beginning of the college.Meal quality is okok but we do not get non veg food.Hostel registration is done at the time of college admission itself.
Admission
My college HASSAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE has a very much patient inflow.we have to write a exam called NEET-UG and have to pass in that to join this college which i cracked.Yeah i got rejected from AIIMS,DELHI as my marks was not enough to crack that college. But still i am very happy with my present college.
Faculty
Faculties are so understanding and make us understand the topic in a easy way and clears out doubt in a easy way.Yearly 3 exams will be conducted and one final exam will be conducted by the government.I loved Udupa sir who used to teach us biochemistry subject.And yeah there ate totally 3 subjects in 1st year of our mbbs.it is not that easy to clear our exams but good dedication can make us clear our exam
