Remarks
One negative remark is that there is lack of parking in the college for vehicles. They should construct a separate building for parkings of vehicles as sometimes students and even faculty or staff members face difficulty for parking.
Course Curriculum Overview
According to me,MIT,PUNE is having the best course curriculum as it is affiliated to savitribai phule pune university. Its having all rounder options for all the students. Exam structure is follows: In the first two years of course,we are having two online exams of 25 marks each as minors and pen paper exam of 50 marks as majors which are held in the end of semesters. Then in the last two years of course we are having 30 marks of Insems as minors and 70 marks of majors both are pen paper exams.
Placement Experience
No one has any doubt on the colleges placement and job opportunities.A student can easily get placed under a company who studying in MIT,PUNE. Various companies come in the end for placements and hire students. Our college provides internship for few branches only. Otherwise the students can go to their respectives HODs for seeking internships.I have done internship which was given to me by my HOD sir but there was no stipens for that. But i must say stipend is a little thing,the experience gained by me was much worthy than any stipend.
College Events
There are various events and functions celebrated in our college. Following is the list: Sports summit Traditional day Texephyr Tech fests Departmental fests Sports summit is a national level sports program organised by MIT. All the colleges participate in diiferent kinds of sports.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is little expensive.But the students who cant afford that,can get scholarships so that they can get admission in the college.Different scholarships are available for students of different categories.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes. There are various loan facilities available for students who can not pay a such huge amount of fees together. A student can also avail scholarships if they belong to minority categories.There are different facilities to pay the fees.
Campus Life
The college is well equiped with all kinds of labs and all the labs are fully equiped. Chemistry lab is having all the chemicals which should be there for experiments. Civil labs have huge machines like COMPACTION TESTING MACHINE etc. For sports There is separate ground for basketball and football and cricket.
Hostel Facilities
Yes,i had opted for the hostel in the 1st year. Hostel was very good. A good level discipline was maintained and services was very good. Rooms were fully furnished and well equiped. Washrooms and bathrooms were too fully equiped.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni of this college are now in very good positions of good companies. They are having a good future ahead also. My seniors are freindly and ragging is prohibited in our college. Seniors help in the every aspect they can do. Also our college conducts allumni meets every yesr ,so that the students can shape their future and increase there vision of career.
Faculty
I think the faculty of MIT PUNE is the best in Maharshtra. All the faculties are fully fleged with knowledge and innovative ideas. They are very good qualified like some are Phds,some are MS and some persuing there Phds meanwhile also.All are equipped with good or we can say best experience a proffesor can have.
