My course that is b.com is one of the best known and good course you will get the knowledge of management, law, taxation, auditing, accountancy, costing and all these subjects will provide you a good knowledge

Internships Opportunities

Many companies with many roles like journalist, management, accounting, analysis offer us internship in college some of them are paid and some are not but they offer very good internship there which helps students to build their resume

Placement Experience

For college placements all the students of 3rd year are eligible there are many companies visited like EY, PWC and which great CTC but the ratio of selection is too low and average packages is between 4-5 lakh but if I talk about my course I have very wide variety to choose for career if I do not get placement

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 13500 in my first year then 10600 in my second year and then 12600 in my third year there are scholarship available for the students of sc st OBC and for ladakh people too but I didn't opt for it. Fee is same for obc and general there are a bit concession for other categories

Campus Life

There are many groups and societies are there in the college and in the fest season you will new vibe daily and our library is too good having 1 lakh+ books there you will any journal and books easily there is no technical provision in clg sport are offered

Admission

Basically in councelling I have opted almost all the colleges in du which provides b.con and dyal singh college ranked at 12 in my preference list I got the college in my first round but I also opted upgradation but I didn't got and I opt this college

Faculty

Faculties are available but in my course like b.com there is some shortage of faculties the best faculties are lab staff theya re very much supportive . And there is internal test and assignment then semester end examinay and mostly all students pass.

Daulat ram college through the eyes of drcians

Placement Experience:

From the 2nd year our internship is started and after 2nd year i.e, in the starting of 3rd year we are eligible for campus placements. I have CA in my mind after graduation.

Hands On experience !!

Placement Experience:

Students in my college can go for placements starting from 5th semester . many big companies including big four (4 ) visit the campus .The highest package was 23.5 lpa and median and avg package is 6.5 lpa .Most students who have got placements are 7 cgpa or above . Companies also provide intership opportunities for better placemnets .We also get guidance from resume building ,interviews and preparation .After finishing my degree I aim for placements and afterwards CAT forIIM's .

A beautiful memory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.

My pov of college

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is quite good, from 2nd or 3rd year students are eligible. Deloitte visited recently. I'm not aware about this, placements cells are made in college who take care of all this. A good amount of students get place, approx 20 students were placed this tym in Deloitte. I will be continuing with ACCA only.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

A Worthwhile DU Experience

I applied to various colleges under Delhi University and got merit based admission in Dyal Singh College in English Hons programme in first cutoff. While in others, my admission was not confirmed basically because of the high cutoff like St. Stefan College etc. I am really glad to be admitted in this college which gave me many oppurtunities and a great faculty with wonderful campus. I applied for this college in first round of csas and freezed i didn't for any other college .The exam required for admission is CUET. my course is BSc physical science with chemistry and to be eligible for this course you need to have pcm in class 10+2.In cuet you need to give paper of pcm and a language is compulsory . Call of the Unbiased

Admissions are done through CUET UG and then CSAS counselling. The Science department of Dyal Singh College is one of the best in all of off-campus.
