Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course and curriculum is great and it aligns with CA course as well. The Skill enhancement courses and Value added courses are of great use as it teaches you some valuable things. I believe the teaching methods of law could be made more interactive.

Internships Opportunities

3

I am new to it but the placement and consulting society does a great job in attracting more and more internships. Some internships are unpaid some pay you a stipend around ?10K. I recently saw an internship of a startup brand Vastrakashi. They are also providing the stipend.

Placement Experience

2.5

After clearing your 5th semester students can sit in placement process. Most of the placements are form B.Com (Hons.) and BA.Eco(Hons.). All the big 4 companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC have visited Ramjas College. Other companies like Walmart, Mother Diary, Accenture etc. have visited here. The highest package is 19.25 LPA. Last year over 90% of students got campus placement

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

My yearly fees is ?16498. It might ir might not increase next year. My batchmates have also paid same amount of fees. There would be some amount of exam charges I guess not sure. Yes our college do provide merit based Scholarship and It provides free meals to Sports team students

Campus Life

4

Library is great with plenty of Books available. The societies, clubs are also great for exposure and helps a lot in placement. The only negative point is they don't have a well maintained cricket field. The classrooms doesn't have Ac which is essential in summers. As much as I heard the fest is great

Admission

I applied for many colleges of Delhi University and one college of chandigarh GGDSD. I left GGDSD and Venky for Ramjas because its in north campus. North campus has its own vibe and reputation. I even applied for KMC, Hansraj, Hindu and SRCC but I couldn't get it due to my low cuet score. The admission process is quite simple you need to first register yourself to CSAS portal after giving CUET exam then you need to make a preference list and you will be allotted colleges on the basis of your CUET score. For foreign students the process is little different. They will be given admission according to their 12th class scores

Faculty

3

The faculty to student ratio could be 6:200. The faculty is friendly and easily approachable. Komal mam of FA explains very well Nitika mam of BOM has a unique way of teaching which is very exciting. There are exams once every semester and I have yet not given any exam so it might or might not be difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was to the point. Everything was explained nicely in books provided to us and faculty, teachers were very good. They were passionate about their job . I personally had no problems with timings or frequency of exams. I can't comment on areas of improvement either.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in the course so i chosed this course. The curriculum preparation for the real world application is ok . I don't think so there is need for improvement in anything related to curriculum. The timing for my exams is in the morning 10 am . The timing is different for every exam .

The placements are rising each year in Big 4s and Big 6 as well. The placement cell brings in creative and innovative ideas for internships too. Most students were placed in Deloitte and EY in the current year beginning.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is good overall as it provides us with many opportunities. Many companies have visited in the past, and many students have been placed in higher companies. This year, one student got a 48 lac pa placement offer, which was one of the highest in the whole of Du University. The highest was 48lac, and the average are 7 to 10 lac. My plans after completing this degree are to start my own business or pursue higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I studied commerce I wanted to pursue either bcom hons or bcom program. I would say it's 6/10 in terms of real world applications of the curriculum. More practical knowledge should be given. I would say exam were hard but timing was okay.
