Chandernagore College : At a glance

The faculty members and the college atmosphere encourage me to choose this course. For this reasons I choose this college because I thought nothing but this college is great for me. The college should improve in library, the playground and washrooms. The exam difficulty is moderate but hard work can bring good score .

There is no year wise fess. The fees Is taken in the time of semester admission . In course of bsc in zoology in chandernagore College the course fees for semester admission is 1410/- for all categories including SC , ST , OBC, GEN etc. The svmcm scholarship is given by the west bengal government. The scholarship amount is 18,000/- for only Bsc. students. Eligibility of the scholarship is atleast 60% marks in previous examination. There is no tution fees of our college. However, the registration fees is depend on the University of burdwan , which is 500/- approx. The development fess of our college is 150/- per year .

The overall experience of the campus life is good . Their is no pressure of politics and the infrastructure of this college is very good. It has NAAC A+ grade (3.46/4) in 2024. Their is no annual festival in this college. The books accessibility is very good. Faculties are very good and helpful they teach us through projector. The college arranged sports programme in every year. There is no social group in our college. So their is no impact over students.

This college is a government college. So the course fees of this college is minimum. For this I choose this college than other colleges. And also it was choosen by me for its location. The admission process of this college is online through form filling by the college website .

The course in about 3 years . Which is including 6 semesters. There are 75 marks exam . The distribution of the number is : Internal - 10 Attendance -5 Practical -20 Theory -40 The faculty members are very helpful and good.
