I choose this course botany hons as it is really vast and growing field which got many job opportunities and provide great career ahead I think the lab schedule is really really pathetic because there are 8 hours lab in a day which is really really hectic

Right now I'm new to my college so I didn't know much but there are more opportunities my seniors told and my teachers too they hire and provide students internship with them too on reaserch project which is best it provides great opportunities for students to learn enhance there skills studies makes things clear easily

I'm student of bsc hons botany in Delhi University Shivaji college, the course fees for my category which is EWS is 23900 , earlier mistakenly ihve enter 90 I'm sorry for that and for different categories such as sc st PWD fees structure is different

Overall good societies are good opportunity are good good good good sports campus is there you can go and play they provide equipment also technology is also good books and library are also good which is great books of all kind and courses are available easily you can issue then form library and study well

Admission

I choose this college and course because I dreamt of it Delhi University basically we say it has good records in terms of placement I don't get any rejection from any college To enter in Delhi University you have to give a entrance exam CUET

Faculty

Overall faculty is really good people are really really helpful, attendance is must for classes and for my subject as it is vast and much practical so attending class is important and there are semester exam conducted twice in a year

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly

Not so good Not so bad

I already know about CUET because in my school some teachers came to our school to guide us about CUET .So after my 12th i started preparing for CUET as I already fill the form before my boards on CUET SAMARTH and the application fee was around 1500 for 7 subjects and it differ how many subject u have chosen then after my boards CUET exam date has been came and admit card also a.Then I gave my exams but the exam centre were not so good they were like so far and the area around the centre was not that great.After that I fill the form for DU admission on CSAS portal and it costed around 250 for SC and I gues for general it was about 500.Then CSAS portal has three application phases 1st is for the normal application form,2nd phase is for the reservation and 3rd is for the preference filling and then u wait for the result.And in 1st round I got PGDAV but I upgraded and got Shivaji college which is near to my home and I got botany hons in that....Read More
