i really appreciate the faculty in computer science, mathematics and electronics department
The physics department need a lot of improvement specifically the physics lab.
the girls to boys ratio is almost 3:5.There are really less number of girls in program courses

Dislikes

the physics department and the physics lab
The canteen food quality is not up to mark
Food at Nescafe is really expensive and is not worth the money.

bechlor in physical science with computer science is a great course for both who are dreaming to proceed with goverment or private sector further in life.this course is very flexible as you are learning from python to physics everything.it will be helpfull in clearing goverment exams as well as cracking compnies interviews.

Class Size: 73Course Fees: INR 18930 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

fees for 1st year is 17000 rupee,for 2nd year it is 18930 and will be appoximately 20,000 rupee for 3rd year and will be same for 4th year.the fees can change year to year due to hike by delhi university and college.In 2nd year our fees hiked by 3000 rupees .

Campus Life

The are so many socities,clubs and ngo's in college.Anyone can join these socities and clubs if they have interest and are up to mark for the post.Its fun working in these clubd ,socities,ngo's.We can learn alot of new things.Socities like shikhar which is a mountainering society goes on alot of trips throughout the year.Their are sports club too.

Admission

Our college stands at NIRF 5.The faculty is great.The infrastructure needs somewhat improvement .Computer lab 4 in the college is one of the best labs i have seen in my entire life.the college is located near metro station ,bus stop so it is easy to travel.

For 1 teacher there are almost 100 students.The faculty in computer science department is really top notch and are very approachable.The faculty at maths department is also great but the faculty in physics deparment needs to learn how to teach kids.

The placements of KIRORI MAL COLLEGE had shown a much outgrowth over the years. The students become eligible for college placements by the final year itself. My views on KMC . A final year student

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course (B.Sc Hons. Mathematics ) is more focused towards descriptive and theoritical method since my course belong to pure mathematics along with that I have statistics in my generic elective (GE) which is more application based. Our course is structured more towards reseach part. Whereas the commerce and economics courses are more relevant to practical industry knowldege. The usual struture is divided into two part in each sem generally known as end and mid sem exam. Whereas there exist weekly and monthly examination which majorly depends upon the teaching style of the faculty.

Reality of a top North campus college - Kirori mal College

Placement Experience:

The placement offered in our college is decent. All the third year and fourth year students are allowed to sit in the placement process.the placement process starts from July and continue till next year's june, Top companies which visited are - D.E, Shaw , Accenture , LEK capibilities network , ZS associates. The placements of my colleges are good. The students are eligible for campus placements in their third year, during 5th and 6th semesters. There are a lot of companies that come and offer students placements, like the big 4 accounting firms, D.E. Shaw, Tres Vista, ICICI Bank, Accenture, Zomato, Amazon, etc. The highest package provided overall was 23.05 LPA by D.E. Shaw. Average Accepted Package is 10.05 LPA. Kirori mal college a nice college filled with greenery and enthusiasm

Placement Experience:

The placement in this college is good.Many companies come to the college to give placements.the students who are from fifth or sixth semester are eligible for campus selection and can sit in interviews taken by companies.The companies .like Wipro, Amazon, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey & company, Zomato, EY, etc. come to the college.according to previous record companies provide 176 offers.The highest package offered was rupees 23.05 LPA and the average package offered was rrupees 7.25 LPA.Last year 172 students get placements via campus placement.My plan is to go for post graduation after getting this degree.

So basically, DU has a preference list systems. I didn't choose the college, but I had it on a certain priority on my preference list and i was alloted this college based on my CUET scores.
