Remarks

As I mentioned the faculty and students bond are great but the thing I find as minus point is it's maintanence because of its canteen, washrooms and less sitting areas. No hygiene near canteen, benches are broken etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

BSC Hons Home science included three subject as main Human Development, Food Science and Nutrition & Communication concept and theory. For SEC I've got Basic Laboratory technique For VAC I've got Swatch Bharat For Language it's Hindi & For GE it's EVS I don't regret taking this submit because of wonderful learning and great scope

Campus Life

My experience with campus life is average. College provides different society for students to get engaged and to showcase their intrest and talent... Events will be organised nearly on February month.

Faculty

CCT department faculty is great specially Jagriti Kher as she's very humble and supportive towards students Dr. Dipti Gupta mam from Human development department is also great. All the teachers give efforts to the students for their best academic results.

Night Life

My favourite hangout spot is the canteen though the canteen facilities are average but still our day is incomple without having a handmade coffee and bread pakoda from there. Thier is a gym in our college. Library is small. Thier is a stationary inside the college. There are too many forts and garden to visit on free period and where we can spend a great time

College life in Dyal Singh College

Campus Life:

The Fest organised by this college is Priyadarshini and the annual fest Rajnigandha. The Fest are not great in comparison to other du college and are not that much celebrated. There are many different kinds books present in library like literature,Hindi, Chemistry, Maths, zoology, biology, botany, political science, History Geography the books are only alloted till 12pm and only for 15 days after that you will be charged if book is not returned Sports and Extracurricular are good but classrooms are not that great most projectors in classrooms don't work . There are many good societies in college like jamini the art society and others but joining has caused students to leave their classes which affects them academically

KMC- Path to learn and grow

Placement Experience:

The placements cell Avenues regarding the placement offers coming to the college. Major companies of the job market come to the campus for recruitment like KPMG, deloitte, zepto, EY, ZS Associates and many more. The students from the final year itself gets eligible for placements. Around 30-40% students get the palcements through the placement drive. The highest package during the last palcement season was around 18 to 20LPA, while the average was 7 to 8LPA. I will certainly go for higher studies in operational research.

My honest experience at kirorimal college

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placement support in the 5th semester itself and 3rd semester for internship from the college. Well over 150+ companies visit our college because of the regirous efforts of our placement cell the highest package is 24lpa the average comes out between 5.5 to 6lpa Around 70 to 80 percentage of students get placed and after my graduation i plan to go for a MBA in finance.

KMC the life of wonders

Placement Experience:

The placements have been decent throughout the past years, around 40% of the students get placed through on campus placements. From the final year itself , the students are eligible for placements. The highest package went around 18-20 LPA while average package was around 5-6 LPA. While the packages are exceptionally high the companies that came for recruitment were also big firms like airtel, blinkit, zepto, EY, McKinsey, google, meta ,zoho, etc. The top positions that were offered included many interim heads and assisstant positions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mathematics as a subject is what i admire the most as it needs more critical thinking and solving rather than just cramming textbooks.The curriculum on the other hand does not really help to face the real life applications as the curriculum is pretty outdated and needs innovation.It can have more practicality and example based teaching.

I have applied for various colleges of delhi university but the college they provided me is Laxmibai college which was girls college. Sri Aurobindo college : Go fir it

I gave CUET for admission in DU. Ofcourse I wanted a south or north campus college. My first choice was Sri Venkateswara College south campus as I've heard so many good things about it. But the eligibility criteria was too high I got 680/800 in CUET which I consider quite good but the eligibility criteria in that college was near 750-760. Bcom programme is quite popular so it doesn't have many seats. I got this college as last I wasn't so thrilled about it but yeah it's good.
