My college has a good environment compare to ether colleges in my area and is considered the best college around here
There is no ragging here and they also have an anti ragging group which always help if required
The faculty here is awesome and are very helpful.

Dislikes

I don't like My time table as I have to come daily around 12 pm and my college end around 6pm w.
My college is very far from my home . It takes around 1 hour from hmmy hoke to college
There is very less break in between lectures .we need some break between to refill our energy.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have a huge interest in technology and after 12 I want to pursue sometime related to technology.so i I pursue bachelor of technology from computer science and engineering .my exam are held in two parts theoretical and practical.practicap exams are from 4 october and theoretical exam are from around 14 October.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 190000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly fees was 400000 but I got scholarship after which mine yearly fees was around 190000.the admission fees and and miscellaneous was around 11000. My friends fees are approximately 240000 to 300000.lab fees and other feees were included in that miscellaneous fees.

Campus Life

There are various club is my college like swaragini,Gita club, basketball club and otherwise.tge library is awesome as anyone can get any book using there identity card.this college also allows us to play any time any sports and every sports.whenever me and my friends have break we always go for r playing any sports available.

Admission

I tried to crack multiple competitive exam like nation defence academy and joint entrance exam(mains and advance )inehich I got around 82 percetile which was not enough for college I want to pursue which was army institute of technology. In the end I got graphic era hill university which is also an excellent college .

Faculty

I am pursuing bachelor in technology from computer science and engineering . Faculty members are all awesome always there for students whenever needed.there are total 2 theoretical exam and two practical exam - Midsem and endsem.mid sem is of 50 marks which is fmdwcuted to 25 marks at final of the year and end sem is of hundred marks which is deducted to fivety .And twenty five marks of the assignment and etc.

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

GEU has the best Placements!

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

Placement Experience:

Our college has a very good placement ratio and placement also depends on the economy and industry that year and a lot lf other factor but if you have a CGPA of above 8 you are moat likely to get placed. The highest package ranges from 2-3 crores and average goes around 13lpa. I am currently planning to do an MBA after graduation from a foreign university moat likely Harvard.

Specific aspects of the circullum that influenced my decision to choose this course is the computer science department as I love knowing about the computer and the efforts of making daily life problems easy and best thing is that if know how to use the computer well you can earn well enough of money in this world the world only cares about that you have money or not if have they will give you respect if don't have it they treat you like shit.

The review from heart

After 12 I applied for UIT college but that was not as good as Graphic Era Hill University,as the number of placement are high in Graphic Era and the fees is also affordable comparing with UIT bad the infrastructure is also better then that of UIT's.I cleared the percentage criteria of UIT also but by comparing both the colleges in these parameters I choose Graphic Era Hill University The admission procedure in graphic Era is by filling and getting qualified in CUET exam,only the selected students get the seat and also students can take admission on the basis of their class 12 percentage.The cutoff percentage to get admission in B.Tech computer science in Graphic Era Hill University is 80 percent below that the seat for B.Tech in computer science is not allowed....Read More

I didn't apply for any other college. I chose this one because it was close to my house and is a really good college. It accepts many exams for admission.
