Good College But With Some Cosn.

I have choosen B.tech in CSE as it has got the trend of in education department and also I have a passion in Technology and coding. The cirriculum is well updated and according to the IBET accrediation.

One can apply for internshiups usually from the Third year. Many companies also come just for internships. The roles offered are Software Developers, Web Developers etc. One can try to improve their skilll by applying.

Placement Cell of this college is good and active. Good comapnies and startups visits every year. They do give good packages based on the students performance and skill. The CGPA also matters on getting into which category of companies. Many mass recruiters also visits so the less skilled or less CGPA students can also hop into those.

For 1st year the total fees is around 16Lakhs which is exclusive of Hostel fees. With Hostel fees is around 50000 per semster and 22,000 for mess (depends on which type of hostel taken). The tuition fees is ranged from 1.8Lakhs to 2lakhs per year. Scholahip is given to high rank holders of rupees 10,000 per month. But to maintain it one rquires to have 7.5 CGPA in each semester.

Many events ocuurs like the Hackathons, Dance and Music. Over 100 Types of events are being organized in the campus where student can show their own talent and develop ectra ciricullar skills. There is a multi floored Central Library accesible for all the students of thgis university which provides books of all subjects.

Hostel facilty is good but depends on whcich type you get into. The premium rooms are nice and well furnishes but the normal ones are not that good. The hostel wardens are a bit strict and they can have full control on you by monitoring 24x7 throug cctv. Many restrictions are thre abiding thpose one can get a fine upto 8000 and even more depnds on tthe crime committed. Normal hostels are located nearby but the PG hostel are a bit far away from where classes takes place.

I kind a liked this college due to its overall good faculty and placement cell. I have tried in other private colleges but this one suited me good and was also near by my home state so I opted for this college. I had also applies in VIT vellore but could not get my desired branch due to bad rank in viteee exam. So I had my last option to come in KIIT. But yea I am not disliking my college.

Faculty is good and very approachable. The ratio is good as one can easily access the teachers of the faculty block any time wth the permission of the teacher. A total of 16 sem exams one have to give with four semesters in each year i.e. Midsem and Endsem. The exams are not easy but one can easily score good with the notes provided to the student.
