Kiit review by a freshie

The curriculum is super discipline and managed here at kiit. There are marks and on daily lab works and attendance. The exam are held every 1.5 months of classes being held twice a semester. Mid semester exams and end semester exams along with assignments and quizes all along

At the end of first year, students undergo the 2-month summer internship program in a reputed corporate house where they work on a live project, under the active guidance of two mentors: Corporate and Faculty.

The placement here is very good and it used to guarantee placements before the recession of engineers. There are many companies visiting kiit like google Microsoft Infosys swiggy Zomato and many more such the highest package in 2023 was 63 lakhs and the average package this year was around 10 to 11 lakhs. With a placement rate of 90% last year. I will also be in a job after getting my btech degree

The tution fees at Kalinga institute of industrial technology Bhubneshwar KIIT is 2,00,000 per semester for btech cse and 82,500 for 2 bedded ac hostel.... There is an entrance test called kiitee which is the entrance exam of kiit if in that exam you score under 1,000 rank you can avail a scholarship for 1,56,000 INR per annum.

The college life here is fantastic the Greenery the views the fun and the multiple places you can explore. Every festival is celebrated in a grant way here with students invited to every event. The central Library is large it consists of most of the books neend for btech. While registering for the seat the registration fee of 75k includes all the books for the degree for 1st to last year. The faculty is very good and nice and educated as well. Every week we have 2 hours of sports and yoga and every student is allowed to play and sport they want. There are many clubs here at kiit and we have the biggest model United nation in world here at kiit.

The teaching style of this college is very popular all around. The professors are well educated. I also got selected in a few state government colleges but they were not of such high rank and their placement records were not as good as kiit. For taking admission at kiit you can either clear kiitee or you can even take admission through jee mains.

There is 1 faculty for every 5 students and each of the faculty is very well educated and nice. Most of them having their masters and pdh's from iit's and State government college. The exam are quite hard not that hard.
