MY EXPERIENCE IN DR AKHILESH DAS GUPTA

BBA basically teaches the core rules of setting up a businesss and how to run it profitabilly. That's why u chose BBA as i want to start a business in future and i felt this as the prefect course for me. The curriculum is not purely based on theory and bookish knowledge the curriculum includes practical knowledge as well which gives the students a little bit idea of the real world . The timing and frequency of the exams is not bad it's sufficient to prepare for exams.

I have paid 1,16,400 rupees for my 1st year of BBA The tuition fees is 83,400 rupees , the university fees is 20,000 rupees , security fees is 10,000 rupees , student activity fees is 1,000 rupees and at last the Alumni contribution fund (one time) is 2000 rupees which makes a total of 1,16,400. The fees for B.tech and MBA are 1,49,600 rupees and 1,55,500 rupees respectfully. For minority students 75% of the fees is refundable . EWS scholarship- student who are below the poverty line or good in studies 75% is refundable means cum- merit 50 to 100% is refundable there are different criteria to fill these scholarship forms.

The range and accessibility of books and journal available in library is great. It has a very rich collection of books. The label of library service is provided to the students, staff and faculty members for general reference and for upgrading their knowledge. The college provides quality teaching with help of virtual lab EDUSAT, NPTEL and audio visual aids such as LCD/LED projectors. There are lot of sports in college like football , cricket , tug of war , sprinting , arm wrestling , weight lifting , chess, table tennis and a lot more. There are various societies as well according to the interests of the students like singing , fashion , dance , video editing and graphic designing , gaming community etc.

I applied in DU and other colleges affiliated to GGSIPU - JIMS (Kalkaji and vasantkunj) MSIT , MAIT, VIPS , GTB , ADGITM I was getting admission in GTB but the distance was so much that i could not go their everyday, then i got confirmed seat in ADGITM and the reviews were also great meanwhile the distance was also not much so i chose this college. Yes I got rejected from VIPS, JIMS ,MSIT and MAIT as my rank was not that good it was the average rank that I got. To get admission in ADGITM you have to appear for IPU CET or CUET , the college gives admission through both the scores but the students prefer IPU CET more, the overall admission experience is smooth.

The faculties in college are really approachable the students can seek help from the faculty at any point of time. The faculty members are welcoming and treats the students well. I liked Pragya ma'am and Vimla ma'am as they make the things so easy to understand and they even ask the students feedback on their way of teaching and are ready to change their teaching style according to us. I didn't like my BM teacher because she is way to strict. There are 2 semesters in 1st year and 3 exams per semester the level of exams is medium and students doesn't feel much difficulty to pass the exams
