Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure provided by them is i guess quite relevant . The range varies from graduate level to the phd level . so they are providing the courses which are relevant in the present world. They have a good syallabus as well

Fees and Financial Aid

If you want to have the college bachelor degree along with the completion of your CA course, it only takes 1 year to complete graduation from IGNOU. You basically have to fill the form along with CA ibtermedaite registeration letter and you will have to give 6 papers exam. Once you get passed along with CA internship you wil be eligible to get your marksheet of graduation. Fee structure typically varies from 6000 to 12000 along with additional exam fees at the time of exams If you are from SAARC country your fee would be around INR 13000 and Exam fee around 500 per paper

Actually I didnt get to attain the campus over thhere so i can not comment on this . but what i have heard is the place is quite good to go for studies. the place is quite huge and you can have better experience

Admission

While I was pursuing the CA course i was not able to join the regualar colleges. so this came as an saviour for me. I just has to fill the admission form and rest was taken care itself by the college .

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is quite good . you can get your doubt solved most of the time from your faculty member. I liked the faculty member of Economics and English I liked almost every faculty member they werre nice enough.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College: A Prodigy to Become!

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the BCom Hons course curriculum at SBSC around 7 out of 10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. One of the main reasons I chose this course was because it offers a good mix of commerce subjects like Financial Accounting, Business Law, and Corporate Law, along with exposure to Economics and Management, which seemed useful whether I go for MBA or competitive exams later. The first-year subjects felt more like a base, but from second semester onward it started to get a bit more practical. Each subject has 25 marks for internals and 75 for the main exam. Most exams are 3 hours long and subjective, and I’d say the difficulty level is moderate. If you’ve been regular with notes and study the past papers, it’s not hard to pass, but getting 8+ CGPA requires consistent effort. Overall, the curriculum gives a decent foundation but it could be way better if more practical components and industry exposure were added.

Placement Experience:

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college.The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .

All about Distance study in Ignou

Literally I dont have that much idea about private distance colleges that time And i heard about Ignou that its certificate is valid.
