Course Curriculum Overview

4

I'M FROM COMMERCE BACKGROUND SO I WANTED TO CONTINUE THE COURSE REGARDING THE SAME BECAUSE I WANT TO GET HIGHER KNOWLEDGE IN THE SAME. THE CURRICULAM PREPARES US ALOT BUT IF ONLY WE CAN PREPARE AND LEARN WELL FOR THE SAME IF WE ARE NOT DOING IT SERIOUSLY IT IS OF NO USE. I THINK AS A STUDENT THERE SHOULD BE SOME PRACTICAL COURSES ALSO THAT WILL CAN HELP US TO LEARN AND KNOW MORE ABOUT COURSES. HERE I WOULD SAY EXAMS ARE ALMST EASY IF WE HAVE PREPARED WELL FOR THE EXMAS THEN FOR CLEARING EXMAS IT'S QUIT EASY FOR STUDENT TO CRACK IT.

Fees and Financial Aid

the yearly fee i have paid in the starting was 15000 for admission and after that for assignments i had to paid for around 4000 rupees and then for the exams i have paid around 4600 rupees for the first year this was the fee structure and for the second year it was same almost. and then for the 3rd year my fee was around 7000 rupees for admission only. im only doing self study without any other expenses and i have not get any scholarships from the college and the management of college is not that good there is no specific place where from we get proper information about exams or any technical things how to do that.

Campus Life

3

If i'm talking about the festivals there is no provsion regarding this because i have never seen and got to know about that. We have never get this chance to visit the library so i con't tell abput the library accessibility. although i have never visit anyclassrooms of my colleges but the infrastructure of the college is quit nice and have camera faciltiy also. sports are also good for the regular students ut not for us also there is no extra curriculam activity. no there is no any social group and anything.

Admission

I wanted to choose delhi university but because of some issues i had to choose ignou. no i have not applied for ther colleges. and i have choosen ignou for my further studies wat went is thst i thought that ignou also organise every sunday classes for the students so that they can also get chance to learn and to get some knowledge offline but they didn't. admission process of college is simple you just need to go to the offical website of the ignou and on the admission icon you need to go and register and pay the fee along with asked information that's it. admission experience was nice and there s no specifications about the cutoffs anybody can apply for this.

Faculty

3

I THINK I CAN'T TELL ABOUT THE FACULTY RATION BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SEEN MUCH THE STUDENT AND THE TEACHERS APART FROM IF I WOULD THALK ABOUT NATURE SO I HAVE ONCE MEET A PROFESSOR AND HE WAS LETRALLY VERY POLITE AND SWEET WITH ME AND APART FROM HIM I DONT KNOW ABOUT OTHERS BEACUSE I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR MEET THEM BECAUSE CLLEGE HAVE NEVER ARRANGED CLASSES FOR US. IN A YEAR THERE IS TWO SEMESTER AND WE ONLY NEED TO GIVE EXMAS IN YEAR END SEMESTER FOR BOTH SEMESTERS TOGETHER. IF WE ARE STUDYING ON DAILY BASIS THEN ITS QUIT EASY TO GIVE EXAMS BECAUSE THE DIFFICULTY RATION OF EXMAS ARE NOT THAT DIFFICULT. ALTHOUGH I HAVE NEVER FAILDE IN EXMAS BUT I HAVE HEARD THAT MANY STUDENTS FAIL EXAMS.

Night Life

2

there is no facility of above mentioned things but there is a cafeteria where only specific students have access not for us. but the locality of the college is nice students can freely visit around te college.

As I am 1st year student i don't know much about it but most probably placement starts in third year. Well known companies reach out to our college for placement. Avg package would be around 6-7 lpa. 80% of our students easily get placed. My plan is to open a business in my upcoming future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.
