College is often the studenta live away from home. Providing aa sense of freedom and responsibility
Meeting people from diverse background and. Forming lasting friendship is aa highlight for many
College offer a wide variety of courses cllubs and activities allowing students to participate

Dislikes

Attendence system is very strict. There is no fine to over come the absent lecturer.
Balancing academic social life and sometimes work can lead to high levels of stress.
Tution, housing books and other expenses can make college financially challenging for many students

Course Curriculum Overview

A set of required courses that all students must take regardless of their major. This courses typically cover general education topics like humanities social sciences natural sciences, mathematics, writing and communication skills

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester fee 67000, Yearly fee 135000, Extra charges 5000, Examination fee 1200, Event fee 1000 Trip fee 5000 No scolership for general category. Scholarship for SC/BC/ST/OBC, Fee scholarships upto 60% for special category in the college.

The campus life is very great. Their are regular functions and extra activities to entertain the students along with the studies. This college also focuses over the overall development of aa students living lifestyle and future. It gives aa great scope of great future to the students.

Their is aa good name of this college in our area. Students from abroad and other states also come here to get degree. The infrastructure of this college is very great and advanced than the other colleges. This is one of the reputed college of India

Faculty

The faculty is very suppting. Faculty members play critical role in shaping the college experience and their impact can be felt in variouss way. Faculty are responsible for delivering lecture and conducting seminars. Exms are MST and Final PTU exams

The curriculum changes as per the need of the industry norms so that student can attain knowledge about the basics as well as the niche technologies.This is the aspect to choose the course and the lab work and continuous competitions help us with the industry trends. The management could be improved. The frequency of exams help us learn well and difficulty is between easy to medium.

Placement Experience:

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

I chose Chandigarh Engineering College Laundry over the other due to its strong placement record affordable structure and good industry connections first up I applied to Chitkara University and Lovely Professional University but found C see more cost effective with a well structured curriculum. I go to admission offers, I preferred CC for its better return on investment.
