In this course, that is directly connected with public. So I can help a man without any channel. I can do my work independently. There has no any political pressure if I can handle it. I can know about man, the greatest creation of our lord.

Internships Opportunities

There has internship facility for each student in our college. 250 out of 250. All departments are available here so that we can practice clinically smoothly, and also each type of patients we can face .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I received svmcm scholarship from Government of West Bengal, from which I afford my study smoothly. There has no any excuses for academic and hospital of our college. Very helpful seniors and professors are guiding us.

Campus Life

Campus life of this course is not different from other professional courses like engineering. This also have club and social involvement, as well as all things which are involved in students life . So

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is sufficient for eligible students nearby the college campus . For girls the hostel is inside the college campus. Hostel fees per year is 144 rupees only and for food there has a canteen for each hostel.

This college, Medical College Kolkata, is the first Medical College of Asia , this is a heritage. All students in this course in our state dream about this college so I am also in this . This college also give us very beautiful environment .

NBMC is a pretty good place for MBBS course

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a professional course where one is taught to apply their knowledge in their clinical practice. In NBMC faculties are always available and pretty attentive to the academic needs and guidance of the students, there is also a mentorship program going on where a group of 10 students remains under the supervision of 1 faculty member. Faculties use advanced technologies and extraordinary clinical exposure to make each subject easier. There is also a part clearance exam for each subject nearly at month end to assess the progress of students. Apart from these, there are semester exams conducted by the college authority and annual professional exams conducted by the university. And the exam difficulty is standardized.

Overall a good college, with assured placement,and a well regulated curriculum.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements only after completing their medical MBBS degree. The students can choose to work in the college associated hospital, and also can approach nearby private hospitals themselves for placements/jobs. The students working in the college associated hospital receive Rs. 63k/month on average; whereas those working in private hospitals get a pay of Rs. 200-300/hour. Almost 100% of the students get placed every year. I want to pursue higher studies (post-graduation) after this degree.
