Likes

I liked the teaching staff and teaching methods because all the professors and teachers are well qualified and they respect all the students.
I liked the campus very much because the campus is very large in size and the greenery in the campus is outstanding
I have liked the supporting staff of the college they are very supportive for all the students.

Dislikes

I have disliked the hostel of the college it is very small and dirty bathrooms.
I have disliked the mess food in the hostel it tastes very bad.
I have disliked the classrooms it is very small in size.

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate the course of mine which is BCA 10 out of 10 because the syllabus of the course is as per the new education policy that is very nice for the new students. There is no need of improvement in this course.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 180000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I Pay about 180000 fees yearly for BCA. The tuition fees is about 78000 and the rest of the fees like admission fees,development fees etc including hostel and mess is overall 180000. After completion of one year if your cgpa is above 8.5 you are eligible for scholarship

Campus Life

The campus life here is very good. The annual festival in the college is one of the best in Kolkata. They also organise hackathons for technical course students. The library of the college is very large and wide variety of books.

Admission

I chose this college over LPU because of the far distance and living cost there. It is very costly to live there 3 years of the course. The admission process of this college is very easy. There is a office of this college in every city. You can easily take admission from your home city.

Faculty

The faculty members and supporting staffs are very nice to the students they help the students in all cases. Bca course is of 3 years. And the exams is based on credits system. After 3 years you have to get 120 credits to get certificate.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus in the last i,e 8th semester before that their not eligible for campus placement Conpanies like Tcs , Capgemini, tech mahindra, accenture etc visites the college for BCA placements The average offers ranges from 4-6 lakhs per annum the highest was around 12lakhs The highest was 12 lakhs per annum from Accenture and lowest was 3 lakhs per annum by tcs The student percentage is around 80 percent of then get placed while some also pursue higher studies My plan is to pursue Mtech from abroad and then eventually get placed at a nice company

The great experience at BIMS

Placement Experience:

After completing 2nd semester the students are eligible for campus placement. Tcs wipro has visited our college. They also arranged job fail in their campus. Around 50 to 60 percent stdents got placed. I should prefer to have higher study after completing BCA.
