What Students Say
Likes
- Things I liked about the college is there are a lot of societies and the kind of people you meet will make you better as a person
- Infrastructure i would say quite good we have wifi all over our campus, aur conditioners, good auditorium 2-3 cafe/canteen
- We have well stacked library of books, where you can study till 8 pm yes till 8 so that's a really good advantage
Dislikes
- I would say this time the class size is a lot earlier it used to be 30-40 max this time it's 60
- And due to high class size, in our tut classes we have to stand sometimes the whole class due to non availability of space and chairs
- I feel the attendance system is a bit unorganised
Course Curriculum Overview
I basically chose this course because it aligned with my professional course and it's the most chosen course by commerce students all over the country moreover the curriculum after NEP is great, you get personalised attention in tut classes, gain practical knowledge in practical classes and lectures give your theory part a boost that too by different professors so that is an advantage
Internships Opportunities
Companies like BIG4 - Deloitte KPMG Google Microsoft Amazon and all the big name recruiters you can think of...come here. Also through different societies even before your final year you get to work with such companies as an intern that boosts up your CV and experience as well.
Placement Experience
In your final year, the companies like BIG4 visit our campus to get fresh talent. They "ll judge you on the basis of what you have become in your 3 years of uni..the best version of yourself. All that matters in the end is how you make the best out of it.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid INR 33,245 for my BCOM HONS. Course here first year at Shri ram college of commerce (Asia's best college of commerce yes)..It just includes my tuition fees. Regarding the stay , if you stay at the hostel of srcc the basic rent is something around 58000 INR but It does not include you mess fees and electricity bill...they altogether roughly come about to 1,20,000 yeah the stay itself is 4X of your tution fees. If you go for pgs they range around 15-20K/month including all facilities again this is separate from your electricity bill and it varies in various factors like location, meals provided, etc. For foreign quota students, a friend of mine is from nepal, her college fees is roughly around 1,00,000 INR. Given that her foreign quota privileges
Campus Life
Regarding my campus life, I would say that college is not just about studies. It's more of about finding your best interests, your best self and moreover enjoying your best years of life here at srcc. Regarding fests, Srcc's fests are always the best. Some day or the other there is always something happening around the campus so ya it's good
Admission
SRCC is the best college in my knowledge. You cannot have a second thought about it. It's not like that I chose the college...the college chose me and that part is of celebration. Srcc's brand value, faculty, crowd, opportunities is worth fr!
Faculty
Trust me faculties here are great.being here in classes you"ll not feel like you are in classes you"ll not look at the clock waiting to struck the time over but will not realise when did the time end? We finished? So in that area faculty is a 10/10 very interactive and you"ll learn a lot here
