Course Curriculum Overview

RV University helps us with internships and placements. They train us with moot courts to improve our skills in the field of litigation. Professors also help us with making our CV so that we can apply to various organisations for our internships and jobs.

Class Size: 600Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We get internships in different NGOs and companies. We can choose to work from the many options. Internships can either be paid or unpaid, depending on the interests of students. The staff and management helps us get internships.

Placement Experience

After degree I am planning to pursue higher studies. I am not sure yet but as of now I have 2 options in mind. Either do LLM or CS. RV University has a placement cell but since law is a newly introduced course there and students take 5 years to complete the course the percentage of students getting placed is not known.

Fees and Financial Aid

In RV University the fees for BA LLB is ?2,50,000 per year. It is pretty affordable and less expensive than other colleges. There are really good facilities and the teachers are very helpful and kind. The campus is huge.

Campus Life

In RV University we have a lot of fests, extracurricular activities and sports. Students join various clubs of their interests during the RV Santhe and involve in various fields of their interests like theatre, fashion, sports and also NCC and NSS.

Admission

I applied christ university and RV University. I didn't get in christ as my micro presentation did go well. Admission to RV University was pretty easy. I even got a scholarship since I had a pretty decent CLAT score.

Faculty

I study law and we have continuous class assignments and a final exam at the end of each semester. The teachers are very approachable. The legal methods professor Ms. Dolashree and Law of Torts professor Ms. Kajal are very helpful and teaches very well.

Christ College Life: A Rollercoaster Full of experience

Placement Experience:

The placements of Christ University Bangalore, are pretty decent. Students are eligible to get placements for the 9th semester, and there are a lot of companies that come for campus placements like Shardul Amrchnad Mangaldas and Cyril Amrchand Mangaldas, Khaitan, Puviyah and co., Trilegal and etc. The highest placement that went last year was 23 lakh, and the average placement is 6-7 lakhs. My plan is to do litigation after getting a degree.

KLE Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

It's the law firms like Wadia Gandhy, Dsk Legal, Trilegal and others. Some merchant bankers too are now a part of our placements thing and this is where it is getting interested as we are getting to explore new opportunities. Pay as of now is around 4-5 LPA but I hope it increases to atleast 10 by 2030.

Placements are okay not so good because of the field as Law doesn't have much placements because it is only given in corporate sector and other things people only have to get employment like for Self employment.

My Experience in Alliance University

Placement Experience:

The university has a placement cell which is helpful. They help us get internships in which place we want (only if we are eligible). The placements are nice which are reported by the seniors. We got to know that most of the seniors had a starting package of 7L per annum.

Presidency University Bangalore is authorative.

Placement Experience:

Mostly it's the law firms like Indus Law, Globus, PICT and others. The payment scale therefore is less when it is compared with NLSIU or other NLUs. Some private companies like the UB Group and ITC amoung other others are also coming to hire students who have chosen corporate law as their main electives.

Law life it's that difficult

Life at rv university

Well, I applied to NID also, but I felt RV was right for me. My sister goes to the RV College of Architecture, and I saw the work over there.
