Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Curriculum is very well prepared as it is prepared from the University of delhi itself so it is the best of the best. However it is not like the school level mathematics that is more of calculation, here you will find in depth concept and analysis portion more.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

I worked on various projects in the college society and organised events and functions for my department also. I was media head in yoga society of college and member of the e cell society in the college It was great experience overall

Fees and Financial Aid

First year fees is taken including admission fees and was arround 15,000 rupees. Average annual fees for remaining two years were 11,000 rupees. EWS candidates could also fill form for reimbursement of fees and scholarships were also provided. Examination fees per semester was around 1000 including practicals.

Campus Life

4.5

Infrastructure is fine overall. Lot of construction was going on during my tenure in this college.my block that is science had ac stalled in most of the classes which was lacking in many of great colleges of du so ya infrastructure is no issue in this college. Sports and other co curricular activities are also very good.

Admission

I got admission through merit based in rajdhani college and i accepted it as quickly as i could as i had researched about it way before. Admission process is easy. The admission department will guide you through all the process and one can easily get into admission without any errors in document verification. Also apart from college administration student unions in college also set up help desks during admission times to help the needy students in fulfillment of their admission process

Faculty

3

Over-all faculty from maths department is fine. They guide in academics but are not much interested in co curricular activities. You need to persuade them a bit to organize any event in the department. Umesh sir is the head of the mathematics department. Overall if you want to go for academics no doubt it is good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

*It's a general course so every subject is taught in detail. *The course is not very practical and doesn't offers much with respect to real world applications. Those who want to do phd, research or want to become a professor in Biology can take this course. *The Focus should be more on practical releated to real world applications . *Exams are held every 4-6 months and they are easy to moderate.

Placement Experience:

There is very rare placement for my course in my college. If you want any placement, you have to do minor in some other subjects like economics and statistics. You can masters after that and then PhD. Then you can become a great mathematician in future too. Most students are thinking to clear the Upsc and other government exams after the graduation. If you want to any placement you have to score around 9.5 cgpa in your 6 semesters.

College overall management is very good, helpful and supportive. All queries and concern are addressed on priority basis. All announcement and activities communicated timely. College staffs, professors and management are really very helpful and supportive. My experience was very good however i would request admin to expand and communicate their sports level program so that maximum students can participate, grow and their hidden talent can come out by these opportunities.
