A quick review

The curriculum involves the interaction with patients,we get the respect in the society greater than others. The other thing is it is more reading oriented and it has a different value in the society and we are so lucky to be in this course

Internship is given in the hospital maintained by the college and it is under the control of government and the salaries are credited directly to the account of the individual it is around 35000 to each of the intern

The fee structure lf our college is 60100 for general category and obc category , for sc/st it is about 500rs the fee structure is very much affordable and it is the government college with lots of facilities the facilites are very much worth the money.

The campus is too small and it accomodates all the college building,boys and girls hostels and to be frank it is very much congested campus and the patients are always roaming arpund us and sports and extra curricular activities are normal

To be frank boys hostel is messed up and not hygenic at all the mess food is not up to the mark and rooms are not cleaned by the workers we have to clean it ourselves registration process involves the communication with the warden and filling up the given form

I had a expectation of getting mysore medical college as its cut off was very high that time i chose mandya institute of medical sciences as the next option as it is nearer to the hometown the ranking was 11094

There are sufficient faculties available for each subject and there are good lab technicians and there is a good in flow of patients in the hospital too and post graduate students help us lot during the studies
