Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The most important thing that made the to choose this course is that it got minimum number of seat amd the job opportunity and earning is pretty much appreciably good that compared to the other courses.

Internships Opportunities

4

Since it the government college it has its own government district hospital in which we gotta do our internship for one year of duration after completing our course of four and a half year for which the provide stinpef of around 30k

Fees and Financial Aid

My admission to 1st year of mbbs cost around 66k since I belong to obc and goes same for the general. But for sc and st the fee will be 750rs. And book cost around 7-8k, where as it is provided freely for sc and st students,at the year end though. And extra expenses for lab records and logbooks etc etc goes around like 5-6k

Campus Life

4

Yeah college got good environment though like play ground and all and various events also will be conduvted more often and many cultural events will also be organised which is appreciably good and it also got good library facilities which contain suffic books and seperate reading rooms also

Admission

As we all know that we can get into a medical colleges by giving neet ug exam And for Mandya medical College u you should have air within 30k for OBC I chose this college as the 2nd preference after Mysore medical College which I couldn't make it. Since these college are near to my home because I'm a Mysore resident

Faculty

2.5

The faculty to student ratio is good. because each department has atleast 6-7 faculties and they are approachable, which is better I guess Coming to the exams there will be 3 internals in each years,in which a students should pass or get an average marks in order to gain the eligibility for the university exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in becoming a doctor and this course and college provide me with the opportunity to do that ...the teachers and the training and study we go through is essential to be a good doctor. It definitely prepares us to be a good successful doctor in future. The clinical postings to different departments start from the second year and give us the actual hospital experience and exposure. it's difficult at first but it's necessary to be a good doctor and further, the fact that we have access to a government hospital makes it better There are no such improvements i would like to see in the course ...i really believe it's really well managed and executed and I would like to appreciate it . There are 3 sessionals in a year and one university exams (at the end ) of each year

The course curriculum is really really relevant. Honestly according to the new curriculum by NMC.....there have been changed in the recent curriculum of MBBS nd now more focus is being made on studying stuff related to clinical problems we see and not just mugging up things. So it's lot more relevant according to the new curriculum
