Remarks

Good remarks are that Every student has equal Opportunity to make one's life, through this University's vision.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Curriculum Is easy with Enhanced participation of us. Classes are regular, but the Chemistry Department begins classes too much delayed. The exam structure is Semesterwise. Research-driven Programs are in life sciences are fair, but the problem is in Instrumentation and Operation skills. Per year Ad hoc faculties give their best to enhance learning, but due to cumbersome Exam dates and Less no. of Practical skills given to students, much lacking the practical knowledge in students. However, through Internships, E-learning and Teaching through advanced skills is better.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement is delayed but at better places. Last year we have got a Student placed in AIIMS and one at NISER. Instrumentations and Operational knowledge in Labs. is in its infancy. Need to be learned more about.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes.From MP state Govt. University Scholarship scheme is for meritorious students. For students of CG, University.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life is Healthy now, but due to lack of plastic management in University, it seems beautiful greenery with worst Landfills near departments. If Whole of University collected, Tonnes of plastics and Polythene collected. Gender Ratio is Girls: Boys is 7:8 from each class. The IT dept organizes Robotics programme To enhance scientific zeal. Debates are best. They develop skills for freedom of speech. Teen UDAAN, TARANG, URCHINS are official Platforms to develop these skills. Along with INNOVATIVE talent hunt programme is also organized.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Sanitation and Drinking water is not so good. Meal is average ,given 2 times, morning breakfast and Evening snacks alongwith. Security problems are resolved now . Completely Vegetarian diet. Newspapers,Visual media and Hostel Library is daily updated with knowledge. The problem of Students is that their plates are not deprived from reach of animals. Much food is wasted each time.Expensive mess fee structure.

Alumni/Alumna

Ph.D. SCHOLARS MUCH HELPFUL. Network through Departmental research websites, ICERB and During Convocations they help much about the Importance of Skills from education.

Admission

VET on May 19, 2017. The admission process was cumbersome that time due to New policies of cashless transaction. Now, we are familiar to it. So, fee receipt and Cashless transaction is a better way. Merit base is the basis for selection criteria, admission date in 2017 was 3 rd of June and classes began from July 17th. I was admitted to the Biotechnology Integrated UG/PG course. The fee was for I sem 5350, we have to chose 1 hons. Subject and a mandatory Chemistry subject along with an elective Subject Zoology/Botany.

Faculty

3

Faculties, those who are Permanent and some of the Dedicated Ad hosts are adding curiosity to student life. But due to a busy schedule, very little interaction amongst student and teacher is there. Less no.of classes in a week, doubt sessions lacking.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of anthropology is very much connected to our human lives which I like to know more about and which influenced me choose this as my graduation course. We study biological , social and cultural, archaeological, and linguistic aspects of humans and thus do a holistic study of human which is very interesting. The toughness exams are of medium level The frequency and timing of exams is good like in every month we have internals and then after a month we have semester exams . So it's good that we are connected to studies and passing exams becomes easy.

I choosed Bachelor of Science in Mathematics as I am from Mathematics Background. I studied in first shift from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. As exam is concerned there is no headache of passing exam because it's an autonomous college so the college easily passed almost all the students. The faculty were teaching well but it needs to improve in their quality of teaching.
