Course Curriculum Overview

4

We have a fixed curriculum for studies which are similar to IITs. And grading system in Jawaharlal Nehru University is relative and CGPA is based on grade which is given out of 9. Labs are still developing.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

In JNU fees structure is semester wise. 62500 per semester is tution fee for Bachelors of the technology for both computer science and electronics engineering. JNU gives scholarship based on income certificate of family.

Campus Life

4

Their are different courses jlin JNU other than Btech. So many fests and events are organised by respective centers. Convention center is the place where all the event take place. Also their are DJ Nights for all freshers of different courses

Admission

Admission was taken through Joint Entrance exam (JEE). You have to get under 30k AIR to take admission in btech CSE for general candidate and under 35k to take ECE, but this may vary depending on person to person choice.

Faculty

4

The faculty in Jawaharlal Nehru University are almost good better than other collge. Some of them are temporary and they are currently hiring professor for btech CSE and ECE. Here professors are well qualified and their teaching techniques are on next level either you will understand something or noting.

Remarks:

The management is quite strict about academics and any sort of dishonesty is not tolerated (even if you copy slightest of thing from assignment, they have advanced technologies to detect the plagiarism) and straight away an F grade is given (which is Fail in that course). But this helps us doing things on our own and learning a lot. The research culture is very good here. Btech students from first year starts contributing to it.
