Remarks

I came through keam entrance exam. It is based on government seat. I took admission in college through keam exam. Fee structure is based on government policies. It is based on cutt off mark. They are very friendly while admission takes.

This course gives us more information about coding and programming. It is very helpful to study programming in different programming languages like java , c++, python etc. This will increase our programming knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

our college gives more internet opportunities while studying in and 4 semester and 6th semester. It is very helpful for us for know about more programming languages and and development of apps. It is very nice experience.

College are providing placement from different companies like Accenture, tech mahindra, wipro, info tech etc . And other companies from other states and country are providing placements to our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

I came in this course through merit seat so i have a fee structure of fifty thousand per year . It is government seat so college management do not have right to increase fee. Scholarships are available.

Campus Life

Campus life is interesting and very enjoyable. College providing sports and arts in every year once. It will boos students and give energy for students to participate in the arts and sports. It is very encouragable

Faculty

Very good teaching experience we had in the classes. Teachers are very friendly behavior to us. They take portions in an understanding manner. They clear our doubts very efficiently and very helpful to us for understand the concept.

Life at CET

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very active. You can get internships starting 2nd year and placements starting 3rd year. About 75% of people get placed. Many MNCs like Texas Instruments are consistent hirers. The highest package of 2025 for my course is 1 crpa. The average is about 7 lpa. A student can get 5,6 offers. I plan on higher studies abroad because I want to learn more in-depth about the course.

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

My college review

The admission process was a bit harder because we have to attend keam entrance exam and we have to qualify in that exam to get an allotment in various colleges. There are more than 50000 engineering seats available in Kerala. If we qualify keam with better marks that is it contains two papers-1st paper physics and chemistry and 2nd paper mathematics both are out of 480 marks total of 960 marks. If we pass the entrance exam with more than 700 marks then we are eligible to get a set in government colleges otherwise we will get seats in self-financing colleges. I have rank 31314 and my keam score was 149 so the competition was high so I have to secure my seat in self-financing college. Every year they conduct the entrance exam. In that exam, each question will be of 4 marks and for each incorrect answer, they deduce 1 mark. If we qualify keam the government provides a grand scholarship for the students that is 4000 rupees.
