Likes
- The ambience of the college is pretty good
- Very much professional teachers and faculties
- For CSE the male to female ratio is almost the same but for Mechanics and mechatronics female students are very less and in ece there are lots of girls
Dislikes
- Lack of cultural programmes only one big festival called bloom but nothing more
- Some faculties are very strict and it is for our own good but it's gets pretty tiring soon
- Class time is too much compared to recess time there is two recess and a lunch break with lunch break being 1 hour and recess being 10 min with 10 min being very less
Course Curriculum Overview
As this is an autonomous college the courses taken here is very much up to date and standard and the exams are difficult and not hard too much hard to make us stress over it. The curriculum prepares as for real world as the classes are very much practical. Exams are done at their correct time with plenty of time to study
Internships Opportunities
TCS IBM Infosys Mindtree UST Global Speridian Accenture Hexaware Technologies AtosGlobal Wipro Senoirs are taken by the placement companies every year. The placement compared to other colleges is very high.
Fees and Financial Aid
Course fee is around 75000 in the first year for a student joining from merit via KEAM and it is above 110000 for students joing via management and around 150000 for students joing via NRI and all students have 24500 as a special fee in first year From second year onwards the special fee is around 10 but the rest is mentioned above .
Campus Life
College life is superb. Very good atmosphere and friends circle. There is nss ncc ieee etc which are awesome. Sports is taken very seriously here sunil sir is awesome for spots content. Many sports items like football , cricket, tennis etc
Admission
Other colleges like ahalia that i applied will be lot of fun in student sense but for academics this college is top notch. KEAM and jee students are accepted here with cut off being in pretty much bottom.
Faculty
No class is free anytime there is always a faculty in our class which is very good .Jalaja hod was very good.there is two internals and an external examination. There is 4 modules for every subject. there is also additional subjects like placement class and health, sports class etc
Interview Experience
No there was no interview for me as I entered the college with merit from keam examination so I don't think I am qualified to answer this question with the answer you require. So I didn't have an interview and I havent heard interview from other students
Night Life
No night life in college, there is gym in college which is good for taking care of health. College is from 8.50 to 4.10. hostel is 24 hours .famous hangout spot is cafe near the campus there is 3 cafe and two canteen in this college
